    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Complaint MR00013D92RD has been logged, still network services hasn't been restored. Within 300m radius of my locality , no one can use Jio call, sms and net services. We are working from home and it's disrupting our work completely. Please fix this ASAP!!

    @jiocare I am finding some issues in my Billings. 1st month was free & i had opted 6M plans in March. As per plans my next billing cycle should be in month of September, don't know how my credit balance expires in july-aug billing itself, it's just 4.5 months till now.

    @reliancejio - JioFiber #Postpaid plans make no sense as the plans are advance rental, which is basically a #Prepaid service named differently. None of your executives who came to sign up mentioned this. Why confuse and complicate life this way!

    @JioCare This is still not resolved. I don't even see any complaint is registered. Very disappointing. Keeps on facing issues one after the other and not getting any positive response. Looks like I have to switch the service provider. I can't survive my job with this.
