    Want to convert my Jio number from Postpaid to Prepaid. Is there any way to do it online, or is visiting a Jio Store the only option? The stores here are almost always overcrowded—perhaps because many users are facing network-related issues. All dues have been cleared. The number I want to convert was part of a family add-on plan, and any remaining dues on the primary account will also be cleared.     @JioCare @JioCare You reopened the service request and the engineer will again just call me and mark the request as resolved just like what happened today. There should be repercussions for behavior like this, the engineer is disconnecting my calls whenever it connects showing intention.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Our JioFiber in Ahmedabad has been down for over 1 month. Multiple complaints and service requests have been raised, but every time we're promised a technician visit and no one comes. We've paid for the service but received nothing. Resolve this immediately.

    @JioCare The issue was resolved but I was charged for the wire. If Jio will charge for these low quality replacements every time then it will not make any sense to continue with Jio. Also these issues occur frequently.

    Should have chosen @airtelindia over @JioCare I regret choosing Jio as my internet service provider. It is ridiculous how I am struggling to connect with a human since a month.

    @JioCare I've already paid an extra ₹2,200 on top of my existing plan, yet I'm left without service and without any support. Is this how customers are treated? This feels like a scam. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. #JioFiber #CustomerService
