@JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

@JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

Today is the 3rd day this month that my Jio Fiber connection stopped working. Service request pending for nearly 24 hours now. Hope @reliancejio @JioCare looks into it and also gives 3 additional days of subscription.

@JioCare 2/2 Because I am not getting OTP and other comminications on my Jio number: which says switched off to all my callers with full network cells showing up on my phone. Jio themselve said they are not able to provide network and blaming you all for not able to deliver OTP

I still can't believe that all areas in #lucknow doesn't have a good high speed fibre net service. @reliancejio @airtelindia all missing.. And if it's a case in a state capital then thing about tier 3-4 cities.. #internet #connectivity
