Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

Here's what to expect: Downtime: Once in 15 days Restoration time: usually 1+ day, but can go upto 3-4 days Notification: Will be restored in 6 Hours. After 6 hours gets extended in multiples of 6 hours. Compensation: NIL
