    @JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

    @JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

    @JioCare It's 3rd day now since my complaint. No action yet from Jio. Very pathetic service even in Delhi-NCR. What to say. I can't understand how much time you will take for resolution of a single complaint. Totally unprofessional.

    My number is 8637881929. It's already 16 hours, here no Network coverage of Jio . But the jio tower just 20 steps from my house . Tower operator is totally irresponsible, he don't take care properly, don't on the power supply or Generator. Please solve the issue ASAP. @jiocare

    @JioCare Has the issue been resolved.This lackadaisical attitude and carelessness towards other privacy and security won't do any good to your reputation. There is always a timeline to solve an issue, cannot go indefinitely.
