    @JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

    I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

    @JioCare Unable to downgrade from postpaid plus to regular postpaid. Raised ticket, they say only I can do it from app but app only has option to UPgrade not DOWNgrade. Endless loop and finally they closed ticket without resolution. #FAIL

    @reliancejio @Swamy39 Humble request to kindly shut jio service pan India with such pathetic ,grounded and worst experience....it takes less than n hour to give a new connection resolving all complications w.r.t new cust..and 7 days of raising complain thers no concern..

    @reliancejio wrost service of Jio Fibre , we are the Dealer of Tata Motors and from last 4 days we are suffering from Net problem . We are complaining from last 4 days and no one is responding over it.

    @DoT_India why is motabhia not required to staff his customer care for @reliancejio in proper numbers. The line just drops message we can not take you call now. How is reliance allowed to run business like this.
