    @JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

    @JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

    @JioCare @JioCare For how long should I remain patient? Had called your number for other issue as well of daily adding unbilled amout even though I've paid for 3months in advanced. The person told to wait and after few minutes they just hung up without solving or clarifying what it is.

    @reliancejio the jio network is degrading day by day in many parts of (Kolkata) West Bengal. Specially when we r travelling in train. There will no internet over there only buffering. Hope for the betterment of service as you increase the recharge packages.

    @JioCare Connection is down since 12:30 on Friday, I raised the service request on Friday 5:46pm, got a SMS that next day afternoon it will be serviced even though your app while selecting gave an option for 7pm on Friday itself. Then it says will be solved in 24hrs from when raised.
