@JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

@JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

2days ago I lost my jio sim card & I bought a new sim card with same number & currently my sim card is receiving call from all mobile numbers but I didn't receive any massages from jio care or another operator. So i request to jio care solve this issue immediately @reliancejio

@reliancejio worst service to rectify the fault in Fiber. Even After two days no one has even called to find out the problem. Turnoround time was 5 hours but now it has passed third day. Jio has lost the plot. My service request number is SR0000131OD4.

Hello @JioCare Our locality has been facing slow internet for the last 1 year. Is there any solution for this problem. I switched to another network for 4 months but still no improvement. Do we have to change our locality ? We are compliant since last 1 year.
