    I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

    @JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

    @khajurahowaley @airtelindia @reliancejio Jio is worse than airtel. They don’t care. I was the jio user but than I switched to another network. Don’t choose Jio use any other network but not Jio.

    @JioCare Network is not working in my area ... Many Jio users are facing this issue right now. I have been complaint many of time but issue is not resolved. I am going to Port out with your network with all my family members because this problem is happens again and again

    @JioCare 4 days have passed we applied for new connection, no body has bothered to visit... clearly you don't care about customer...(jio fiber)

    @JioCare I recharged Jio Fiber with a higher value today. Plan is not yet activated. I want to cancel this plan. Your ui has changed which by default took a plan of higher value.

    @JioCare Regarding JioFiber, which I installed for the 30-day free trial. I requested to cancel the subscription but still Jio has not cancelled the services and have continued it without our consent, case of cheating from Jio. Provide a proper solution and return the full amount

    @JioCare I called on custom support where all of ur Tele-callers disconnected while talking to me.. It's ridiculous on part of their services to address the customer's issue. I can say it's a bloody services
