I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

@JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

@reliancejio I got my postpaid sim terminated in Jio due to incorrect billing and delay in resolution. However, I paid all the bill and now I am unable to get it back. Visited a lot of jio stores and called customer care many times, none responded and horrible experience.

@reliancejio Worst response from customer care on this issue, no one has even listened to my concern. They either asked me to wait or terminated the call. This number is very important for me. Please help!
