@JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

@JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare fix the issue. People make guarantees of work and delivery times based on your promise of stable internet. Add to that the fact that you charge for it. It’s not a free service. Deliver on your promises so we can deliver on ours. This is beyond ridiculous.

@reliancejio unable to use myjio app to submit relocate request. Your call center says they can't help without request thru app. No specific error to know what is wrong. Very poor experience to get a simple task done.
