Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

In my experience, they may take the payment upfront, fail to provide the service due to infrastructure issues, and then refuse to refund @reliancejio

Customer care is just an endless IVR with no human to address the issue. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable!!!!
