Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

You keep changing date and time on your end and have the ***** to lie- “service engineer couldn’t access premise”. engineer was at my home for an hour, had 2 cups of chai and bolted.
