@JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

@JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

@JioCare Dear Team, Don't mislead people in the open forum , I am agree with only one thing that is minimum recharge requirements. If someone's ph is not 5G or 5G network is not there, then he/she won't be able to use it, but what is the harm in service activation on no. that is my point

@reliancejio But the support is not good …. It takes so much of time for them to fix the issue. I have 5 such cases of recent interactions which was really very very bad
