@JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

@JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

Along I that I complained thrice where when I first complained on August 15th a very disrespectful and rude @reliancejio executive came to resolve our query and was not at all following the covid norms. We ignored as it was national holiday.

Reason I am putting this out in social media, Airtel gave SLA to solve my internet speed related issue in 15 days. That's unfortunately too much time. I do not want torture myself for 15 days with slow speed. Porting is 7 days task. Bye @airtelindia Excited @reliancejio

Never thought of making such tweet before. However due to the lack of customer service and satisfaction I am forced to do so. It has been more than a month since I have been complaining for poor @reliancejio fiber connectivity still no actions have been taken.

The worst installation services ever. I paid for the new Jio broadband connection on October 16 and was assured that it will be installed at the earliest. It has a been over a week and no executive has ever visited for the same. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Your customer agents seem to always give incomplete answers to each message. They just completely ignore many queries in the same message. Is this a Jio policy or they are just incompetent??
