    @JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

    I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

    @ViCustomerCare you technical team is such a dumb and shameless team. It's been 1 year and you are unable to resolve network issue.. I am going to make sure all Vodafone Idea simcards in my area 422004 will convert into Jio @JioCare Thanks for being such a third class company 👍

    @JioCare I cancelled my jiofiber connection a week ago during the free trial period. I didn't receive any cancellation service request number. I can't even contact customer care about it since my phone number is no longer associated with a jio account. What should I do about it??
