    @JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

    I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

    @JioCare I'm unable to connect to jio 5G even though I'm having 395 recharge. My location is roorkee. Do i need to recharge for a higher plan to be eligible. Also I consumed 6GB data so do I need available data balance to work as 5G. Please help. Pixel 7 Beta 3.2 update.

    @meherdhakad @JioCare Mehervan sir... Now they have a new lame excuses like We are working on this case and your phone is not upgraded or many more ... Because they are working on 5g network...so 4g network not stable and drop call ...Same issue appears here ...

    @JioCare Making fool to customer I got a fiber connection on 21st sep 22 with 799 plan and paid 3 months advance payment at time of connection. On the bill period 21-10-22 to 20-11-22 i have charge ₹276 as even I have not used my 1 month free subscription. How it's possible

    Many complains got closed / resolved without solving problems many got erased in 1 year no matter it's generated from appellate customer care jio office consumer forum still nothing has been improved nor timeline has been provided and work began just false promises scam @JioCare
