    @JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

    I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

    @JioCare Is it really very difficult to provide good internet connection. I live in middle of Mumbai and have to raise my voice for multiple times in one month. If you cannot provide the promised service, let's part ways. Refund my money

    @reliancejio , @JioFiberChennai Dear Team Jio, We had requested for relocation of JIO fiber on 27 Dec 2021. But till now no positive response from your side. If you don't have interest please update us. Customer have multiple option, 4 to 5 days not possible to wait.
