Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

As a result, my refund is stuck. Customer Care and Appellate Authority have failed to resolve this.Please intervene
