@JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

@JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @fiber_jio the customer support team is high untrained. I lost 2 month subscription due to that and now your team says nothing can be done. This is seriously not justified i have the whole thing documented. This is not what was expected from @reliancejio

Hey @JioCare I did recharge of ₹2121 valid till 21 Aug 21.But I m so fed up dat I want to switch to @airtelindia can I get my money back or I have to move in loss. Since March 20 till now I got to kno dat Jio is only asking issues to DM but never ever solves it @TRAI
