I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

@JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

Email done a week ago, there is no resolution yet. No reply on email as well. Till the time taken the connection, there is no landline is working. No one is responding, no one cares. Stop taking jio fiber. They spoiled my business. @reliancejio @JioCare

Don't take jio fiber. They will ruin your business. There is no customer care number and while you take number from Google, they said, we can not serve you, they will provide you another number to call and that number not ring only. I have emailed also. No response @JioCare 1/2
