@JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare the mobile data is not working at all very less speed and no response from customer care. Even voice call are getting disconnected and dropped in between and sometimes I am not being notified but people are saying u r not picking call.Look Asap.

@reliancejio Facing serious network issue on my location For the last two months, pin code 700137 near chakmanick panchayet. please do something. No voice heard during calls in evening time. The man, on the other side, cannot hear my voice and its totally unclear and cutted.
