    @JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

    @JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

    @JioCare what do u understand by customer care...... Are agar Reacher hi pta karne hote to uske liye apps aati Its 2021 log customer care me isliye call krte hai ke apke employee se baat ho paaye .....

    I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare switched from Airtel expecting better services and having both sim with jio sucks big time never had to face this earlier unable to call home past 2 days 🙄

    @JioCare Thanks for not resolving even the issue was made public @Airtel_Presence . Bye Bye already shifted to @JioCare and waiting for end date of my months plan to throw Xtream Fibre in Dustbin. It deserves that only. Hail JioFibre. No matter why you loosing subscribers and Jio gaining.

    @JioCare jio internet is down daily i don't know we are facing loss,we paid for 30 days not for 20 days,in month minimum 7-10 days internet will be down.where is another 7-10 days money.

    @reliancejio Yes we know the answer- one and only 3rd class 4G network service provider Reliance jio. I have complain 3 continuous near about bad internet speed and mobile network but they remain dumb and deaf all these years 😡 ₹ 4G के लो स्पीड 2G के दो

    @JioCare Have done this several times Avesh. Did it right now as well but it is still not working. It is asking me to subscribe to a plan while I have purchased the plan in the Jio prepaid Annual Plan.

    @JioCare There is no technical issue. The jio connection box is installed on my house's wall itself! It was clarified with your agent on call too!
