    @JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

    @JioCare Still undone. Did not installed set top box and went away. Only wifi is active and no TV. Speed of 5 ghz band is only 20 mbps. Get disconnection says jio ppl. Rude. Tata play fibre gives 50 mbps on only rs700 what should I do ??? @reliancejio

    @JioCare my jio fiber is not working since 2 days and I have also raised a service request SR00001J4W2X. The person allotted to fix the issue said he will come..and then when I called back he says my ticket has been reallocated to someone else. Is this a joke?

    @JioCare worst customer care service, executive cannot even connect the call to sim deactivation team, jio customer team standards are falling low each day, never ever going back to jio. THANKYOU for the Service.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews again same issue my wifi plan is 40mbps but speed is coming 2mbps issue ia very frequesnt not sure why so..looking for @reliancejio when i come at my location

    @reliancejio I have got 10 Jio mobile connections but for the past 12 months no network at my home. Went to Jio centre and they asked me use wifi calling. Sent several emails also but to no avail.

    @JioCare I’m using zenfone 9, which is a 5g phone. But the app says it’s not a 5g phone. Please help.
