Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

The whole day past by waiting for the engineer and talking to your incompetent customer care service providers. There is no chain of escalation.

I’ve already complained multiple times but nothing has been fixed yet. At this rate, my recharge will expire before the problem is even solved, and then I’ll be told there’s no active plan.
