@JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

@JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

@reliancejio i am Porting my jio sim jio True 5G Not Cover my Area i am waiting before 2month cover my area But I Think jio 5g Covering very slow slow i am not interested in this jio 5G And I tell Everyone Friends and family not use jio sim jio sim not cover our area

I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

Poor services by @reliancejio I have lost my phone and customer care executives ask for contacted last two numbers which is totally irrelevant. If person has received last two calls from unknown numbers then how he can remember that number. @MukeshAmbanima @MukeshAmbani06 worst.

@reliancejio @JioCare Worst service no Internet no call can be done with jio sim. network is even bad then 2g sim card. Customer care agent advises to install the jio fiber so that i can call using WIFI calling services. Why jio fiber install if paid for jio sim recharge

@JioCare I have dm the registered mobile number, I am in a Hostel, the number given is as stated by the hostel manager, The hostel manager has already registered a complaint, some jio guys are coming everyday (for 4 days) but didn't resolved anything. Please resolve it ASAP

Jio fiber employees they themselves don't know what is the jio fiber plans and how to answer the queries raised by customers. Only answer they tell is call to customer care. Is that thing they are getting paid. @JioCare pathetic !!
