@JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

@JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

@JioCare it's painful that only for a remote replacement I need to call 2 times to call centre in 48 hrs and still left with a solution to call back again tomorrow as the customary care executive can't help. I have wasted 30 min each day for requesting a remote if Rs 500 .THANKS

@JioCare There are 2 service request and yet I've not received details of any engineer. It has been more than 48 hours and again I've got a message that it will be done tomorrow. Now I've raised another request for disconnection and I don't want Jio Fiber, i want full refund!! Nice CSD👍

Please give me answer. Is it mandatory to force customer to recharge? as per #TRAI rules if any no. is not in use till 3 months then only the no. will be deactivated. but this type of harrasment to customer forcing for recharge is it good? @JioCare @reliancejio

What a tragedy... 3 months TAT from jio to resolve a data speed issue which should not take more than half hour for optimization or maximum 1 days for network site Resolution This is direct reward of corrupt system which removed the competition from market. @JioCare

@adiirocks13 @JioCare Latest update: 45 times called to Airtel team amd informed that technician no who called today and confirmed that he will attend today .but neither he is picking phone nor he came till 7:50 pm. Wonderful service with No action. Avoid airtel..stay tuned for updates.
