    @JioCare I have send you all details on personal chat. please check and fix issue asap. there is one more issue. when electricity cut after that also network does not work. they do not use generator for electricity.

    @JioCare I didn't get the proper fix. The response from the jio consumer care seems very bad. Does that mean I have to throw jio sim. I have two active plans worth Rs.700. Help me to get the refund.That would be great to throw the sim.

    @JioCare Bad network experience in dhari 365640 Latitude 21.328207,71.025806 KINDLY improve network Last 1 year complaint to network team but not improve network improved i decided to other companies network I am last 4 year old customer first jio launches

    Hey @JioCare give me the solution. In chat you only told that many user are there in area so net speed is slow.. then what...? What to do thats your side problem either give me some net speed atlist 3g or make a refund.

    @reliancejio why are you changing plans and inconveniencing users. Have always recharged for 199 and never had to do top-up to call non jio users. Why is it asking me to recharge now?
