    @_MukeshAmbani I think with this kind of support team Jio will definitely see a decline in customer, nobody cares @JioCare to follow up with the customer and appointment is getting scheduled for name sake at a random time and getting cancelled, the real engineer visit is dream

    @JioCare I am having Jio Fiber in my home since the beginning of your services, I wanted to buy additional STB for my home, neither you customer care nor your local office support, there is no way you can talk to customer care executive, even the Jio app is unresponsive, help!!

    What a ****** network you guys provide, the internet speed is f*ed up. I'm getting barely less than 100kbps, maps are not at all opening, not YouTube is loading, literally every damn thing is became useless because of you guys network.Fed up. @reliancejio #jio #worstnetworkjio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Respected sir / mam There is no jio network in my phone for the last 2 days, while in the same phone bsnl has full network. Would you please clearify that what could be the reason behind it? It's so disturbing for me at same time it's sp disappointing.

    Jio airfiber wrost. Applied. Paid. Now they have activated plan. App showing me remaining days on my plan. Diducting a day every day. Great. But MF where the hell is my air fiber. I haven't received it. Never thought in this digital era I could be robbed so openly. Die @JioCare

    @JioCare @jio_fiber 3rd day of the worst experience and 4th day of the installation. No support,No help from Jio. Just 3 days after Installation and I am getting a reply as your pack has expired. What kind of people are sitting to support on X for Jio fiber.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have been without Jio eSIM for 11 days while abroad. Jio care, Appellate, Nodal Officer,CEO all emailed - no resolution. Just reverting mail asking for same documents again and again. Please dm me immediately.
