    @JioCare My experience with the service is completely unsatisfactory. Thanks JIO for not providing the service on designated time duration even after charges taken from the customer and not resolving the issues. No response. No communication with customer via call.

    @JioCare please train your call center staff, they are not following any SOPs. Wasted my 15 mins with a call centre representative, Aarti, for jio fibre internet related issue. She could even tell the SR current status property. Please review call recording #badcustomerservice
