    This is my first tweet ever and sadly it's gonna be a serious complaint against @reliancejio @JioCare I had purchased a new jio fiber connection yesterday paying ₹2394/- They quickly collected money and gave an appointment of 5-8pm yesterday & till now no one has come

    @shriyasahuss I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My name is Kalyan. I've been trying for the new jio fibernet connection for the last 6 months. I tried various ways trying to approach the customer executives and social media support teams requesting the new connection.
