@JioCare @reliancejio trying to get the jio postpaid SIM. I have requested several times for home delivery. Since last 2 times your representative asked for OTP over phone but SIM was not delivered. Today I got the sms that service was cancelled as customer was not available.

@JioCare @ukvish Jio is providing poorest service these days to customer. Even i m among them one. I have complained about my problem since 2mnth, but every time is post, a consoling msg comes, still no solution. Even i m fedup. We pay what u say, still u cry at srvc. 😤😤

@reliancejio @JioCare we have been complaining about network issue from past 2 months there's no improvement on this. It's not only me but 100 others in my area. Few people allready switched and few are waiting for current plan to get expire so that they can switch. #jionetwork

What are the status of my complaint? @JioCare Yesterday I received a call from 7070090138 (Om Kumar) he told me to take back the complaint. Then he will deliver the invoice/bill to my residance. I have still not received the invoice/bill of my Jiophone of Rs 1625/@reliancejio

@JioCare Just now called up the Jio sales team member and there also came a standard reply "We are working on your order and somebody will definitely visit today for installation". Looks like this is a pre set strategy by jiocare to address customer concerns.

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Firstly thankful due to Jio we progressed, we invested alot as I got pre and post paid network. But now we are neglected MR0000XR2PZC, bandwidth of high speed is less than 2mbps and customer service wrk in progress😔
