Hello @GooglePay I do my daily transactions through your aap. Lastnight I recharged through Googlepay aap from my mobile to @reliancejio for 6GB booster data & the amount deducted from my Bank account, @Jiocare says they didn't receive it. I'll provide required info in DM. #Help

@JioCare I have DM the details from Last 3 years let me know if you guys will be install the Tower in my Village.. I know the problem as there is no Tower nearby my Village and beacuse of that we are not getting the network

@JioCare No you don't understand, after contacting with your customer care 2nd time got it scheduled but again rescheduled without my consent and now i am not available tomorrow at 5AM because it is my working hours.

@reliancejio I used to quote jio services as one of the best service but it seems like the service is better only till there is an installation. I have been struggling since September to return the jio fibre box and claim my refund.

@JioCare it takes 30 mins to connect with support and then they put you on hold after that they do not know anything and disconnect the call. I need details of the guy who was over call with me. Please take this on top priority or let me know the highest level of escalation

@JioCare @tippssit ordered iphone 13 on 30 September 2022. And my cancelled by jiomart on 1 st October 2022 And I am still waiting for my refund amount after 16 days. When ever call on jiomart customer care they say wait for 48hour . My complaint id - 6656432587. Order id - 16645207410277200M.
