    @reliancejio @JioCare Facing network issues for the last 3 days in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi. No internet and consistent call drops. How much more time do you need to fix the issue. Are you really 5G? Plus, your AI customer care just sucks. It does nothing but irritates.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst service ever! My JioFiber internet has been down since yesterday. Complaint SR00002MG0QW was raised and engineer visit was scheduled between 5–6 PM, but no one came or even called. This is unacceptable. Resolve immediately. #JioFiber #PoorService

    Pathetic service by @JioCare @reliancejio. Fiber down 24+ hrs. Home is cell dead-zone. Left work early & lost a client because tech promised a 6PM slot. He completely no-shows, then FRAUDULENTLY marks system as "customer rescheduled" to Saturday! SR00002MF5LG. Fix this tomorrow!

    @JioCare I purchased a JioFiber 100 Mbps connection on 30 Dec 2025 but received only around 30 Mbps. I disconnected the service within a week and returned the equipment. My refund is still pending despite multiple follow-ups. Please help. Order No: 7096841176

    if UPSC asks the question “how can a jio airfiber user cancel his connection” 100 out of 100 will fail the exam. @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare pathetic tactics making it impossible yo cancel a connection with ease opting for new connection is sooo easy tho
