@reliancejio @JioCare I have been a loyal customer to Jio Fiber for the past 3 years(connection under my father's name). The service provided to get a new connection is very poor and the employees are not at all responsive to resolve the issue.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how long it wil take to fix an issue? raised a couple of complaints from 2 Dec22 to 2Feb23 for my post-paid,aftr 2wks issues is marked as closed but in real its not resolved 3 bill cycles r completed & i m paying extra when compared with @reliancejio

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia where to go now. Losing faith in Airtel. I do a lot of my office work home. If the service gets disrupted even for 2-3 days, it's a loss on professional front. Don't know the way forward. Now @reliancejio may provide a solution.
