    @JioCare Yesterday had a word one of customer care executive Rahman and he said I am assigning another knowledgeable technician and he will re-visit by 6 to 7 but no technician has come, again in the morning I called to the customer care and had a word with any shruti and she confirmed

    @JioCare This is to inform you that from last three days there is a planned outage of 3 to 4 hrs during working hours on a weekday where due to my WiFi not being available is affecting my work specially in this wfh situation.
