Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

@JioCare Some at Jio told me to keep patience, An engineer visit happened in the morning at 11am got the issues fixed after 1.5 hrs and again out of internet after 4 hours.. Still you want me keep patience moreover no senior called me.. You guys are a big joke seriously..

@JioCare I had a Connection of Jio fibre in Ahmadabad which I requested on customer care for de-installation and process the refund .I got de-installation request multiple time but engineer never turned out . We escalate this with Jio customer care as well .
