  @JioCare @reliancejio your customer service is so bad i placed a prepaid sim order by mistake and i wanted to cancel it within 5 minutes but omg they won't let me i tried everything. All of jio customer service options gibe automated replies. No help at all. !! I need help

  @JioFiberChennai @JioCare it's been only few days since I took jiofiber connection and it has already stopped working. Only trouble shooting step the app shows is disconnect and connect. Pathetic experience @ACT was way better

  @JioCare jio internet connection is the worst in odisha,puri,satasankha area ...if electricity goes out then jio tower also becomes unavailable 😭😭...plz look into it immediately
