Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

@JioCare I'm unable to use my 5gb data voucher. It says I don't have a valid plan. But I have the costliest plan (₹3499 plan) on jio. My number is 8792293768. Unable to reach customer care.

Pathetic after Sales service of Jio Fiber, no response from the booking guy. The guy Rajesh is not picking up the call. Installation is getting rescheduled 'as per my request' without any request. What is the procedure of cancellation? @reliancejio @JioCare #PickUpRajesh
