    Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

    @JioCare I was using Cherrinet #cherrinet in the past years, disconnections will come but customer service will be good but with your company, facing frequent disconnections and the worst customer service.

    @reliancejio I am not aware why my jio connection no 7002488492 inspite of recharge. On dialling it shows " Cannot conect to mobile network"

    @reliancejio maine galti se recharge kisi aur mobile no pr kr diya so return/refund recharge ka to option hona chahiye Please answer me aapke customer service pr call kiya to no refund/replacement kyu bol rhe hai I want my recharge back

    @JioCare and it just get even worse... Now you have taken my money 4 days ago and i have no clue about installation... At least have some shame and refund my money.. your support is equally clueless - spoke to them 4 times and only broken promises @reliancejio ... Pathetic
