Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

@JioCare is worst service provider. Support team absolutely useless & incompetent. Problem persists since long... only patch up done everytime. Technician never visits. SAY NO TO #jiofiber Establish good customer base, then leave them to suffer. #poorcustomerservice
