Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

@JioCare jio network is down. I see a single bar on the mobile. And my wifi is showing no signal. It's a working day and for people with wfh, we are heavily dependent on wifi. This is not done, please resolve this ASAP!
