Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

@JioCare I'm not asking for deactivation of notification service. I'm just saying that there should be a limit for reminders. 1 reminder is enough for me to know that my recharge is due. After this tweet of mine, I've received a call about the recharge. It's so irritating.

@reliancejio @JioCare This whole process was very bad and I wasted my half day for same. JioStore person and customer care are not aligned. JioStore/Customer care persons are denying colored aadhaar prinout. JioStore person is denying votorID card for eKYC.
