    @JioCare @TRAI @rsprasad my jio net speed is very slow. I recharged today 399/- bt no speed is reached its specific speed. Please solves it. Thanks

    @JioCare @JioCare your service is soo pathetic. I have paid the 3 months advance money and after 5 days your agents are telling me that they will take 10 more days to install the connection. I want to cancel my connect return my full amount.

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ We are facing tremendous technical issues with jio fiber in Gorai area and your staff is just giving false hopes by not working on the issue and same thing is going since 2pm in the afternoon kindly provide resolution to our issue as soon as possible...

    @CholaMS I have never used your service nor do I intend to. However, I am getting calls from automated diallers with an IVR option to choose the personal loan finance option. My number is registered with DND and this harassment has to stop @JioCare Ensure you fix this ASAP!

    Digital India-if your purchase Sim with adhar card.then why Kyc done from that Zone. Ex- if person purchase sim from goa that time he is service after retirement actual location is bihar of sim lost then he is unable to purchase same sim no @ViCustomerCare @JioCare @narendramodi

    @DisneyPlusHS is not running in jio network. When I switch to Airtel it runs smoothly but switched to @reliancejio it buffers.

    @jilmil169 @JioCare There has been an issue with the jio network since morning in Goregaon West. And their amazingly trained customer care executive would just ask you to restart the device. Funny. I dont see a resolution anytime soon as earlier the network was done for almost a month

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat really disappointed with the poor service of jio. Executives are denying and disconnecting the call and not coming for device pickup post uninstallation of the product after relocation request was raised.

    @rohanbabu It is 2022 and @reliancejio fiber @JioCare has been down for 20 hours now and no one is able to figure out where or what the problem is.
