Please escalate and get it fixed within the next few minutes/hour, as my office work is affected. This is extremely frustrating! As how long this technical thing taken.

Today customer care said they’ll schedule it for tomorrow but it was shifted to 22 Aug. Then I was asked to reschedule and its now shifted to 24 Aug. I cant contact customer care @JioCare @reliancejio
