    kya bhai @JioCare @reliancejio 2mahina ho gaya, you haven't cleared my problem. Don't you all feel shamefull taking our money each mnth via bill, nd still not providing service, or you nd your cmpny got habituated of it, taking money without the sevc? 😤1/2

    What are the status of my complaint? @JioCare Yesterday I received a call from 7070090138 (Om Kumar) he told me to take back the complaint. Then he will deliver the invoice/bill to my residance. I have still not received the invoice/bill of my Jiophone of Rs 1625/@reliancejio

    (2) 1. Whenever there is a power cut in my area, the condition of my 4G network becomes worse than that of 2G network and even after the power comes, the network is not fixed for hours. 2. And ....... @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioCare @reliancejio trying to get the jio postpaid SIM. I have requested several times for home delivery. Since last 2 times your representative asked for OTP over phone but SIM was not delivered. Today I got the sms that service was cancelled as customer was not available.

    @akash236 @JioCare Srvc of jio very veey much poor. Even i after taking postpaid connection, askimf them to activate my amazon prime, but no actual response. Juat day by day, a new msg, and no actual result. This company now have no value for there cuatomers.😤😤

    @JioCare @GVidya_Sagar Poorest service. From 2 mnth i m getting only msg to console. Worst i ve ever expereinced. Aircel, rim were much bettet at their times. U ate them, nd now 0 srvc to customer. Verry poor. Bus paisa time pe chahiye nahe to cnnction bund. Shame on #Jio

    @JioCare @ukvish Jio is providing poorest service these days to customer. Even i m among them one. I have complained about my problem since 2mnth, but every time is post, a consoling msg comes, still no solution. Even i m fedup. We pay what u say, still u cry at srvc. 😤😤

    (4) Reliance Jio Signature Line- when you call Jio's Customer Care on issue of your network: As I have been seeing that your network is running slow due to more people using the net now, we are engaged in fixing the problem. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Pathetic service by Jio Fibre. My complaint for the billing issue is not yet resolved despite of all apologizes and commitment from Jio side from more than 4 months now and now they have even stopped responding to my email. There is a big fault in their billing system.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I mistakenly did recharge international plans to my number when I wanted to recharge to my friend's number. Now I am trying to get a refund because there is no use of that plan for me.But there is no resolution for the same from jio. Please help @JioCare

    I ported from vi and joined Jio 2 months back. Now 5G network enabled with my device. But the service poor than 3G. It's time to port from @reliancejio Feel like @ViCustomerCare is better than @reliancejio in 2 months
