@JioCare @ukvish Jio is providing poorest service these days to customer. Even i m among them one. I have complained about my problem since 2mnth, but every time is post, a consoling msg comes, still no solution. Even i m fedup. We pay what u say, still u cry at srvc. 😤😤

@akash236 @JioCare Srvc of jio very veey much poor. Even i after taking postpaid connection, askimf them to activate my amazon prime, but no actual response. Juat day by day, a new msg, and no actual result. This company now have no value for there cuatomers.😤😤

@JioCare @reliancejio trying to get the jio postpaid SIM. I have requested several times for home delivery. Since last 2 times your representative asked for OTP over phone but SIM was not delivered. Today I got the sms that service was cancelled as customer was not available.

The arrogance of @reliancejio is, you can't even contact with officials or customer care. There IVRS system doesn't allow to do so. Once you choose to port out then they consider and call. That's totally insane.
