    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio This is honestly a pathetic customer experience from a reputed giant like Jio. Your team acknowledged my complaint and said they would assist me via DM, but there has been no response or resolution even after 2+ days.

    My Wi-Fi complaint is still NOT resolved, but your app is incorrectly showing the service request as “Completed.” The technician assigned to the issue is also not responding to my calls, and when he does answer, he speaks rudely and unprofessionally.@JioCare

    Idk why am I rechargin for @airtelindia data packs anymore. There's no network connection even in peak areas of Bangalore. Every normal call switches to wifi call. Min recharge is 1.5 gb per day which goes waste coz wifi Switched from @JioCare to this only to face the same issue.

    @ViNewsOfficial Vi needs to come up with an economical plan or seperate ₹300–400/year plan just to keep the SIM active. A creative, customer-friendly plan could help them win back their customer base. Right now, @JioCare and @airtelindia are simply exploiting customers with expensive plans.

    7 month problem in my area network speed mobile tower problem light gone mobile tower gone many complaint 100 times 198 toll free no but no response why Jio fraud me all coustomer I pay recharge months byonth and your service zero why r u not mobile tower issue solv @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare At this time same problem allready send address pincode near by area share personal msg but problem not solved very bad service provide jio
