    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare This doesn’t solve the issue. Every time I tweet, you ask for DM and details, but even after sharing everything, nothing gets fixed. This feels like a scam just to calm customers instead of actually improving the network.

    Facing extremely slow network and unable to connect to 5G at Embassy 247, Surya Nagar, Vikhroli West, Mumbai - 400083. Calls and internet services are badly affected. Almost 200+ Jio users in our office are facing the same issue. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare Done with jio doing complaint is nothing Just they are sucking blood of Middle class family. Neither Airfiber is working not Jio SIM network they r good in cities only #Poor Villagers no one listens

    Amazing how @JioCare can send appointment confirmations and “we’re looking into it” messages, but somehow an actual engineer never arrives. 5 days of bad internet and zero accountability. Customer support feels like an endless loop with no exit. Resolve SR0000357VZH.

    @JioCare How many days it will take to install? Why you are taking money in advance and not keeping option for customer to switch to any other network. It almost 8 days completed since I made payment but installation is still not done . I am not able to use wifi inernet

    Then as we went to office and became serious, they resolved the issue. Now, airfiber is not working from one week and no oke from local jio service provider are coming. This office only is like this or all jio air fibers issues are like this? @JioCare @JioSaavn @jio_fiber
