    @reliancejio Your service is so pathetic and please update that stupid telephone IVR of yours that keeps cutting me off. I wanted to shift to new location and your engineer denied it. I want to cancel my connection now but the app asks me to call and now what that IVR cuts off.

    @JioCare I already raised complaint about jio fiber 22 days ago, not solved still, now they can't allow to connect customer care number. Automatically cut the call even tried from different number. what a worst setting on #jiocare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber , what lousy service do you have in the national capital, internet down sine 9am to 9pm, and after that no sites except the Google Home, page, no one in the customer care section is able to help, they are not getting option to take complaint 😡

    This company offers terrible service much like @airtelindia and I am a firsthand example of how they dupe ordinary citizens. I purchased a 5G recharge, yet since yesterday, I haven't even been able to get a 2G signal. Issues like call drops and network failures have @reliancejio

    @JioCare Navin the details provided by you are 3 weeks old, means you didn't read everything or SR is not updated from 3 weeks. That shows reason for the delay of my #jiorefund cause more development has happened after that but none of you guys helped to resolve issues

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioMart When I call customer care, they say it's a one-time redemption only. Regarding my balance amount, they said it was mentioned in the old version but not in the new one.
