    @reliancejio Hy sir, i have a complaint on internet mobile network in my area. The netwrk is too slow. All works are pending just because of network. So kindly plz fix it. If it is unable to fix. Better cut off the network from the area. That people are not be disturbed. Thank U

    If 6-7 days ago, internet speed was very good then why now a days so cheap. Even we can't make a tweet very easily. For few hours, speed used to be very good everyday but not for the whole day. Sudden so poor performance, i don't understand.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio hey jio your internet is too bad in night after 10pm, with this speed i even can't open a web page. fix this issue as soon as possible. we are facing a lot of problems. location:-Barh,bihar PIN code:803213

    @JioCare Here's my query: 1) recharged with 1559 and got 336 days validity. 2) had a previous plan of 301 and the plan expires tomorrow. 3) data with 1559 plan is over, and 301 will be over tomorrow. 4) Need maximum data plan without losing validity of 1559 plan. Please help.

    @JioCare I'm port my no to your network. At the time of KYC your representative ask m to pay 666 for plan and 100 for membership. I'm pay him but today sim activated and showing only 239 plan how is possible. I'm feel cheated please do the needful full

    @reliancejio I port in 3days back from another network to your network.. Still my sim is not activated and it's still on previous Vodafone network.. @reliancejio plz do take care of this
