    @JioCare In addition all the above the guy doesn't even had new connectors he was using connectors from some old cutted wires he might have kept while solving other people issues

    @JioCare My jio fiber modem has not been working for the last few days. Have been calling customer support for the last three days and they keep scheduling and rescheduling engineer visit. I am frustrated by customer support. No one has visited.

    @JioCare At least I have tried 5 times or more to get connected in your network with registration.But response coming from your side that, "we will reach you very soon ".How many days I have to wait for the jio fiber connection. Waiting for your positive response.

    @JioCare Yet another days passed complaint raised on last week Thurs & today is Thursday again. My internet is still not working. The ticket is just closed and asking me for feedback. This is how well with superb customer service my complaint is handled and closed without being attended

    @RitaG74 @reliancejio @JioCare Jio is too overconfident due to its earlier large user base and completely ignored every aspects of customer-service which is so important for their product range.. the fact that it's subscribers addition are reducing clearly shows the dissatisfaction of customers.

    @JioCare Even after adding new wire he wasn't able to solve the issue and even asked for 100 rupees for adding new wire since it was some other variety of wire not the one earlier used
