    @JioCare You guys are doing the internet is going from bad to worse unable to download small files off even 1-2 MB. YouTube buffers it feels like I am using 2G and it's just a delusion that it shows 5G not only on one but now in many locations. You guys need to fix my problem.

    Over 24 HOURS with no JioFiber internet and still no real support from @JioCare . Service request shows “assigning engineer” but no call, no visit, nothing. Customer care is just bots with zero accountability. This is pathetic service. @reliancejio

    @JioCare This is not acceptable. I have already been given multiple timelines which were not honored. Even after SR (SR000033Z7GF) and consumer complaint (Docket No: 9141342), no refund has been processed. Kindly provide exact refund date. Stop sending generic responses.

    @JioCare No one has contacted me yet, and my refund status is still pending. No action has been taken by Jio, and no one has been able to clearly communicate the status of my refund. Initially, I was informed that the turnaround time (TAT) for the refund would be 30 days, but this TAT has already been completed without any action taken. This has happened repeatedly—each time a new TAT is provided, it is not fulfilled, and the refund is still not credited. There have been no proper updates or resolution despite multiple assurances. This has been a very disappointing experience with Jio and its services.
