    I am paying Rs 2697 for 3 numbers, the Rs 899 plan is active on all the numbers, even then there was a problem with the internet speed and now 4K is missing from Hotstar? Why? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare This is unacceptable and misleading. Payment has been made, but no service has been delivered. Repeated delays without resolution show poor customer support. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with a complaint and demand a full refund. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Very disappointing experience with Jio AirFiber. Internet not working since recharge, engineer visit delayed, and still no resolution after 10+ days. Even billing is ongoing despite zero usage. SR: SR000033UDTN NCH Complaint Filed Please resolve immediately.

    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio Whenever there is a power cut in my area (Banshibazar, PIN code 221717), my AirFiber internet stops working and the mobile network becomes extremely slow. Iโ€™m not sure why the Jio network performance drops whenever the electricity goes out
