    @reliancejio I cant make a call amd use internet in my home and facing this problem for quite a long complaint few times but u guys dont have a solution. Satisfy existing customers before adding new. 10kbps speed current

    @JioCare is it possible to transfer a recharge I've done on my phone no but not activated it to another no? Because I recently shifted to golaghat from Guwahati Assam and the internet connectivity here is horrible do the recharge done is pointless n I want to transfer to my mom's

    @JioCare hey the internet connectivity here at Golaghat Assam is very very poor please do something.. I recently shifted here and have done recharge for a year but it's so slow that I had to get a secondary airtel connection for better internet. Pls do something about it

    @JioCare As a customer, I do not consent to sharing unnecessary personal information beyond what is reasonably required for verification. I request Jio to address the concern based on the already available account details and investigate why third-party/family contact numbers .

    @JioCare Only when i have intervened you are saying this.. no text was received regarding this and no issue has been resolved. Kindly make sure the customer is also listened to.. whatever i am paying is for the whole month, if i get issues for 7 days will you grant any compensation?

    Dear @JioCare Sonpeth (431516) is facing repeated network failures every week. Many times there is complete blackout no calls no mobile internet, and even Jio AirFiber stops working for hours. This is affecting the entire city work and emergency communication. Please investigate

    @JioCare Thanks! No response from your engineer and one thing i observed is your team mems are changing and updating the tweet but not a single person has contacted or visited for my home to resolve my issue and its been 30 hrs. What a pathetic service
