    @reliancejio charges for call per minute to UK are ₹2/- but Jio deducted ₹8/- for 5 seconds call. How dishonest you are Jio ? And there's no way we can contact their customer care also.

    Another followup with you guys @reliancejio / @JioCare . It's been more than 7-8 days since I have been following u 4 my issue still it is not resolved and I'm not able to use your services. Mainly no one is understanding that it needs a technical team to review the issue.

    @JioCare No proper internet coverage in my area Ice House, Chennai. Considering good customer support and efficient services by Jio, we shifted from Airtel to Jio. Same internet speed problem arisen here and no attendence so far.

    @reliancejio Jio's network is the worst in Chhattisgarh, we have complained to customer care many times, still it is not improving, Jio was better than 4g speed, then 2g was better, at least the talk used to happen.

    @JioCare It is utterly ridiculous you guys have generated an amount outstanding against me but require 15 days to generate bill ?? On what basis amount was decided ? Where you remitted the GST amount? Why a customer will pay you without having a bill in hand ?

    @JioCare You have wrong update , and there is no control of your company on it . Non of your Enginer visited my office, he just call me at 7.45 Pm at that time my office was closed.I have called your sales person Mr. Kiran , you can cross check with him. Please fix my issue today morning
