@JioCare hey the internet connectivity here at Golaghat Assam is very very poor please do something.. I recently shifted here and have done recharge for a year but it's so slow that I had to get a secondary airtel connection for better internet. Pls do something about it

@JioCare Jio must learn from Airtel….. Airtel is much faster in rolling out fiber services in delhi……they could be seen everywhere in delhi. Jio is no where to be seen and above all not replying to the customers problems.

@JioCare Everytime you guys open a service ticket, buyout 24 hrs time then close the ticket without resolution citing technical glitch and then again raise a new ticket and process continues. Really pathetic.

Dear @airtelindia, I recharged nearly 3k for my mobile(2500+250+250). The internet is rubbish after I done my recharge.When I used 49rs pack it is high speed. Now not even crossing 250kbps. Customer care people not even bothered about this. Can I Port to @reliancejio??
