    @JioCare the jio FAT box is very far from my home.I contacted your engineers to move the FAT BOX near to my house but they didn't do that. There are other people who are willing to take connection too. Please help us with this.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Again, a highly casual attitude from the side of the manager, Mr. Giriraj, who seems to be giving no ear to the customer’s complaint. It has now been around 1.5 days since I raised the complaint, its still not working, and nobody has visited my home.

    @JioCare Your customer care explicitly promised me this morning that an engineer would visit between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM today. It is already past that time, and nobody has turned up or contacted me. Stop giving false commitments and send someone right away!

    I purchased a premium @SonyLIV subscription on JioFiber but I am still getting ads even watching highlights of episodes ,Stop fooling customers with fake premium claims and fix this ,According to Jio customer care SonyLIV is responsible for the ads appearing in jiofiber @JioCare
