    @JioCare @reliancejio We have multiple times complaints for net issue and suggest for tower installation if need in my area and we will be provide land for tower installation but no response from jio side, nor net issue fix till yet.

    @JioCare from Korattur Chennai 600076. Very worst service I never face like this every month twice or thrice line will be disconnected. No direct customer care only ivrs. Our complaint will be booked a time slot which will be after two days. no use if we contact installed person

    update:Jio engineers arrived at my home on 3rd day of my complaint, that too without society permission, either they were lying earlier or now they are trespassing. @reliancejio kindly confirm whether ur engineer are liars or trespassers Still waiting to know what actions taken.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am disappointed with your service as I have requested for relocation of my jio fiber connection to my new address as I shifted on 8 August 2022 . I have got a text message with Order No. CO0000OAQ0ZH that issue will be solved on 9 Aug at 10 AM.

    Are absolutely wrong if they do not give solutions to problems. Getting this done ASAP payment of the billing charges weekly basis of cost of the continue button on the way service. These are 2 companies are the commercial. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare
