    @JioCare @reliancejio We have multiple times complaints for net issue and suggest for tower installation if need in my area and we will be provide land for tower installation but no response from jio side, nor net issue fix till yet.

    My service request no. SR0000366TGZ. Please take action against the Vasai JioFiber team. They keep putting my request on hold and rescheduling it without calling or informing me. I have to contact them every time just to know the status. Very disappointing service. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio tody my air fiber services 1293686048 is disrupted due to removal of device by your technician balbir by trespassing my terrace to provide service to anther user. This is how u provide world class service? Pls resume my services immediately. #JioCare

    @JioCare Reply sent and u can check the previous chat history also. I downgraded my plan from 100mbps to 30 mbps for this reason only as I was hardly getting a speed of 10 mbps and now the internet speed is down in single digits.

    Booked JioFiber (Order ID: NO0001DIRILY) early morning Mon 18th, paid upfront. Promised 24–48 hr install, KYC guy said same-day 3–5 PM. Since then? 100+ calls dodged, 0 pickup. IVR says “yet to scheduled.” Customer care circling back with fake 2-hr promises. @reliancejio @TRAI
