    @JioCare @reliancejio We have multiple times complaints for net issue and suggest for tower installation if need in my area and we will be provide land for tower installation but no response from jio side, nor net issue fix till yet.

    if we chat with the @JioCare they say many people using internet in your area that's why internet speeds are slow, is this the solution of problem? 🤔 so as per jio care we should make time to use internet, this is our problem that we are using internet at a same time🤔 @PMOIndia

    If this is the service and customer care @JioCare provides, I would rather choose a different ISP. Hope this gets resolved ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Is 5G only available for those who are getting invites? Not available for everyone? Coz in Delhi i wasn't able to use 5G I have oneplus 10R and that has jio 5g support Neither on Samsung galaxy A52s.. it also has support

    @reliancejio The reference number for this complaint is SR00001DQQPV.I did not receive further updates and I continue to face slow or no internet and its more than 2 months I have reported this issue. Please refund my annul rechanged. so That i can port to someone else.

    @JioCare I did a top up recharge of Rs 100 thinking it was for talktime but now it not reflectiong anywhere What new kind of scam is this? Nowhere it is written that it cannot be used for calling This makes a strong case for filing a consumer complaint I need a soln asap
