    @JioCare @reliancejio We have multiple times complaints for net issue and suggest for tower installation if need in my area and we will be provide land for tower installation but no response from jio side, nor net issue fix till yet.

    @reliancejio - Your JioFiber customer support has reached to the lowest possible.Your so called engineers don't come as per schedule and just keep closing the tickets. Your engineers say Jio Fiber routers range is just 5 meters, seriously? Worst customer service Guaranteed!

    @JioCare JioFiber unusable since installation. Weeks of complaints, tickets (SR00000HLA96) closed without fix. 5GHz not working, both SSIDs stuck on 2.4GHz → unstable internet. Work impacted. Need urgent resolution & accountability. #JioFiber

    @JioCare Dear Customer, RELOCATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0002EIX3C6 is scheduled on 04-May-2026 between 16:15:00 - 17:45:00. You will receive an Order completion code after RELOCATION. Please share the same with our service enginee

    @airtelindia Very disappointed with Airtel service. I applied for Airtel WiFi, completed all KYC and formalities, and paid ₹1500. Installation was promised yesterday, but now there is no response and calls are not being answered. Very bad @JioCare @reliancejio
