    @JioCare @reliancejio We have multiple times complaints for net issue and suggest for tower installation if need in my area and we will be provide land for tower installation but no response from jio side, nor net issue fix till yet.

    @reliancejio @JioCare my set up box is not working from last 3 days. I complained thrice in customer care but none is helping. Once engineer came but without resolution he left. Everytime your executive is promising me to sending engineer soon.

    @JioCare I want to change owner name of my existing jio fiber connection.Customer care told me this facility is not available so you have to discontinue the services and proceed with new connection now after termination denied to provide me new connection and ask 30 days.plz help

    @liveNletLive2k8 @JioCare Hi Manish I am also facing this issue did you get any rest from the jio team is your issue resolved.. because I am using from the last 7 month there is no issue but from the last 1 month this sound issue comes and it's not fixed it yet please let me know if you get a resolution

    @JioCare If its not possible for the company to provide me support please cancle my connection and refund my payment i paid for 6 month in advance i will move to airtel fiber
