    @JioCare @reliancejio We have multiple times complaints for net issue and suggest for tower installation if need in my area and we will be provide land for tower installation but no response from jio side, nor net issue fix till yet.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Payment made with 6 months advance rental on 8th September (order nos NO0000IN03NT / Jio No 79698741 / C#67611998). Not installed yet after series of miscomitment / false hope showing technical terms even after 14 days. Is this the service customers expect ?

    There has been massive disturbance and interrupted network through out our areas with all network providers for past 1 week. People are suffering. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Since customers are unaware to report, being quite n paying money in vain! Its so hard.

    @JioCare @JioCare sir i am jio retailer, karwal communication. frome ludhiana sir my jio pos ac before 3 months is dectivate . i call regular your jio team distibutoter but no reply . my ac bal is 2000 nearby block all customer is my shope return i have no sim activation service.

    @JioCare You are another scammer in this world. False information given to us and led us buy the plan. After a free month they are charging us more than they told us. The support staff that came all were scammers.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Its been more than 10 days I lodged a complaint that I have internet connection issue, but instead of addressing the problem they are closing my tickets. Your team in Matrusri Nagar, Miyapur, Hyderabad are not responding to my calls and not fixing issue.

    @JioCare @ImAtulKansal @MukeshAmbanima how difficult is it to get port into Reliance network. The reality is different from what is being advertised. The Jio stores are giving a horrible experience to the new customers in UP and there is no mystery audit being done to improve.

    @JioCare @reliancejio More over your team is not providing proper service here. They know the issue very well but no one is ready to fix it. For a building of 15 flats they have only 8 ports & they are playing around with those 8 ports whenever any one complains instead of fixing
