@JioCare @reliancejio We have multiple times complaints for net issue and suggest for tower installation if need in my area and we will be provide land for tower installation but no response from jio side, nor net issue fix till yet.

@JioCare 4 days without internet, kids study and WFH hampered, discontinued old internet service provider due to Jio commitment and the answer from Jio team is working on concern for last 4 days and have patience, standard statement with all Jio staff but for resolution

@reliancejio @JioCare I followed the online process to convert my physical sim to esim. I didn't receive any activation code but my physical sim is now deactivated. I contacted customer care but they couldn't care less. Please help me with issue ASAP.

@reliancejio I am porting out of jio. Reason: I can not hear "आपके प्लान की वैद्यता ....." before each call for 3-4 days whenever the plan is abt to expire. Emergency me to bahut गालियाँ खाते है आप इस वज़ह से Let see what @airtelindia has to offer.
