    @reliancejio it's been 10 days I am facing issue making calls and receiving calls on my mobile phone. The phone shows full network bar with 4G+ data but neither the calling works neither the data. Raised complaint twice but customer service is not able to sort the issue.

    @JioCare no network/internet since morning. called customer service and they say this is because of high number of users. there have been multiple instances since the last 3 years where the same thing has happened. is that too less to improve coverage? (1/2)
