How pathetic service do you provide @reliancejio in Siliguri. Your service engineers and managers do not have any manner. My router was changed and the engineer did not even set it up. They left and saying he cant do anything. Internet is my lifeline and its not working now.

@JioCare I am facing constant Internet dropping issues and the technician has recently replaced the box ..seems like a lot in our area are facing the intermittent connection issues. IM166755784 was the initial ticket that was raised... it's becoming difficult to do office.
