And unstable speed is not good for ppaying online games(steam).

No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Still no refund and no SIM delivered.
