    @JioCare We are in struggling from speed of Internet connection from starting. I am using Jio sim and internet speed of jio is very poor at my home location. Please @JioCare improve this so we have good internet speed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio this is my jio no 8141490588. Incoming call facility is totally inactive since last 10 days. Tried to contact jio care , not at all responding and misbehaving like a government company..customer care executive not giving any proper answer.

    Hello @VodafoneIN @Idea Your senior supervisor Mr. Parth Darji from Ahmedabad office, He said me if you recharge any plan, you have to ask details from customer, otherwise we aren't Responsible, now i decided that other companies are better than your @reliancejio @BSNLCorporate

    @JioCare Nowadays your network too sucks here .i am complaining about 4 month and customer care says we are working on it (from 4 month ). At 9-11 pm my network gets slow. reason: peak hours from 4 months. But no resolution and after dm in Twitter no solution . complainer again hopeU sol.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Rajkot 360007 need investment due to too poor net connectivity,call drops rate is very high.We hope Mr.Mukesh Ambani will invest in Jio rather than incurring thousand of crores in son/ daughter's marriage to retain customers Or face Huge number porting.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Very poor internet speed over past 2 to 3 months, submitted many complaints to customer care still not any improvement it it's not possible for @JioCare do let us know we will switch over to other Network. @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare This issue is not only about me. Millions of poor families and elderly people in India do not need internet, yet they are forced to buy expensive recharge plans just to keep calling active. Affordable calling-only plans are necessary for common people.

    @JioCare Complaint Registered on 24th may 2026. Service status showing is engineer assigned  but  no attempt made to contact . Also , the schedule keeps postponing to next day.  Its been happening from Monday onwards.  Ensure timely service or kindly disconnect the fibre .
