    Dear @TRAI, I've been using @reliancejio Internet for a long time, I come to Rajkot 6 to 7 months ago, Here the jio internet is very bad. I made many complaints in @JioCare but it does not really help, and many user are same problem. @TRAI Please solve this problem.

    Jio given to their customer worst service day by day. Network is not continue while talking and its gone so big problem face when we talk with someone. Network fluctuated, sometimes it is full while sometime no network available in my area. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Never choose jio for your mobile..Not trust worthy network..Internet speed always working like 2G.. in 2009-10 i got better 2G speed with airtel than today's Jio network speed.. Totally Useless and boaring network...👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

    Hello @JioCare your airfiber is not working since past 4 days and customer care is not raising a ticket for the same. Everyday they say by end of the day at night 9 it will be resolved. Who will compensate for the loss of 4 days and onwards while I advance paid for 6 months.

    @saaaanjjjuuu @airtelindia advertises “Unlimited 5G,” but the reality comes with hidden limits, fair-usage conditions, and hotspot restrictions. If customers are paying for unlimited data, why should usage be capped at 300GB or hotspot access be restricted? In my area, even BSNL and Vi provide better connectivity than Airtel. Poor network quality, unclear conditions, and disappointing service have left me with no choice. It’s time to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming. Jio offers a far better network and service experience than Airtel.

    @JioCare Hello Priyanka & team, a guy came and said that physical damage has happened and he routed that incident to diff team saying he wont handle.aksed him y he dint check this yesterday itself and he replied hes the only 1 here. Why there is only 1 techie for the whole area?

    @mashrujeet Our office WiFi got repaired on the 3rd day in Fort, the business district of the Financial Capital of the country. Service Reps don’t answer and say that the entire team has left as @reliancejio gives service reps sales targets.

    @JioCare Bewakoof ISHVEEN Your Non Refundable rule applies when a customer leaves voluntarily,NOT when U FAIL to provide service for 12 days and force them into AirFiber. Keeping my money without service is illegal. & I will get my full refund through the Consumer Forum! @ConsumerAffairs
