    @JioCare @reliancejio No Volte,no internet many times. I am having 5 Jio connection,no alternate but to MNP! Area: Rajkot,Raiya Road. @mpparimal Pl intervan. Jio is silent over my complaint 13th instant.Very bad! No Claas, I think Dhrubhai is no more!

    Where is jio 4G network speed? Worst network ever at home and office. Only working in village area. Not worked on city area. If fund rise process is done then please add some network tower also. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    Hello @VodafoneIN @Idea Your senior supervisor Mr. Parth Darji from Ahmedabad office, He said me if you recharge any plan, you have to ask details from customer, otherwise we aren't Responsible, now i decided that other companies are better than your @reliancejio @BSNLCorporate

    @JioCare We are in struggling from speed of Internet connection from starting. I am using Jio sim and internet speed of jio is very poor at my home location. Please @JioCare improve this so we have good internet speed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Here in the Maninagar-2, Raiya road, Rajkot -360005. We are facing low internet of 10-15 kbps less than 2g. Very worst experience because we are experiencing this since last 5 months. Daily call to customer-care has done nothing in our side. #jionetwork

    @JioCare @reliancejio Rajkot 360007 need investment due to too poor net connectivity,call drops rate is very high.We hope Mr.Mukesh Ambani will invest in Jio rather than incurring thousand of crores in son/ daughter's marriage to retain customers Or face Huge number porting.

    @JioCare @DoT_India I have sent ss of speed test from diffrent apps also .....mostly problem occurs from 7 to 10 or 8-10 sometimes at night and i am getting packet loss which is due to unstable speed and low upload speed at that time. And unstable speed is not good for ppaying online games(steam).

    @reliancejio SIM requested on 14 Jun and still not delivered. I got a delivery message but the delivery person says he won’t come. Jio branch refuses to help because it was bought online.customer care gave wrong information. This is careless and unprofessional -resolve or refund.
