  @JioCare I don't know what you are working on. Appointment gets rescheduled automatically everyday and the line to connect with engineer disconnects without ringing. Used @ACTFibernet for 12 years but never had this much issue

  @JioCare Very disappointing experience with Jio AirFiber. Internet not working since recharge, engineer visit delayed, and still no resolution after 10+ days. Even billing is ongoing despite zero usage. SR: SR000033UDTN NCH Complaint Filed Please resolve immediately.

  @JioCare Serious issue in my area: as soon as there’s a power cut, the network drops badly. Internet almost stops working and even calls are not clear. Please look into this urgently @reliancejio @RIL_Updates
