    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare Hi Abhishek it's again the same thing whichever person's number i get says "meri id pe complaint nahi ayi hai me nahi ayunga" and keep giving that bs I'm seriously done with this thing it's the same loop since 5 days you kindly refund my money I don't want to continue with Jio

    Payment made on 16/3/26. Still not credited to airtel wi fi acc. ACC no. 7035432422. DSL No. 01197333928 Transaction ID M365610. Complaining from 15 days no solution. Disconnecting my internet and haressing repeatedly @airtelindia @JM_Scindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare the JioFiber is not working. Last year only you gave me a defaulted adapter which stops working after power cut.despite complains you guys never cared.will you care now? Say clearly

    @jio_fiber @JioCare what is happening very other day. Exact 3:30 PM I am getting message of service disruption from JIO. Just now got it 9th time in last one month itself and it’s takes 3-4 hours to restore except one time it took 13 hours to restore. Do you want me to move out?

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio My Jio Air Fiber not working for a long time. Call with Customer care is not being connected. We already sent mail many times but till my problem did not resolve. Kindly look at the matter and resolve the issue. M no & Jio Id sent many times.

    Very poor experience with Jio AirFiber. Order: NO0001E0BLPC KYC done on 12 June and ₹2,222 paid as instructed by the field agent. On 16 June, order was put on hold due to a wiring issue. On 17 June, Jio promised installation by 2:30 PM, but there is still no updates. @JioCare

    @JioCare JioFibre down from ystrday 17 june 2026 at 3.45 pm at Garodia Nagar, Ghatkopar E, Mumbai. With no weather condition and it seems will not resolve until 19 June. In a city like Mumbai u are unable to sort it for so long. U serious??????

    @JioCare and now an unreachable engineer, it is evident that Jio has no regard for its customers’ time or work. I will not pay a single rupee for the period during which your service remained unavailable. If this continues,
