    @JioCare The entire village network goes. Many times the network does not come on after the power goes off. We have been trusting you and using your network for many days. But you are always disappointing us.

    @JioCare What are you going to get checked? The engineer will try to contact me, fail, and won’t reach my place. It’s already happened twice. You need my new number. Invite me to the dms. You’d just end up wasting the engineer’s time as well as my own. It’s already been 5 days.

    @JioCare i have requested for the jio fiber 8 days ago but have not received any response, tried sending email and call but no response. My pincode is 574122 and the jio office is at karkala. My order number is NO0001D0NOM2. Can someone help on this.

    @reliancejio @airtelindia Please Remove Ai girl from the Customer Care and make it easy for the customer to contact with customer care executive. Aged between 30-60 yrs calls customer care and becomes irritated for not being able to watch Reels undisturbed.

    @JioCare It’s been days and my rebate SR (SR0000348COB) is still “in progress” with no update or credit. How long should a customer wait for a simple rebate? This unnecessary delay is unacceptable. Kindly escalate immediately and process my full rebate for ~13 days downtime on priority
