    @JioCare Very slow internet connectivity and network is also very poor at my location since few days.. Please help. @reliancejio The downloading speed is horrible especially in the needy times.

    @Mukeshambani_1 @JioCare Dear sir JIO's network has a lot of probleme, It may not be that after a few days people get to port from JIO to another company. I request to you plz try to increase the tower of JIO.

    @jaatkc @JioCare @reliancejio Keep ur 5g phone with jio sim inserted at good 5g covered area for at least 48 hours, after sending invitation request, you will receive invitation and use ultra high speed internet offered by jio. No issues.

    @reliancejio @JioCare my voice services was not working around 30 mins between 7PM to 7:30PM for both of my Jio number. I was afraid of #SiMSwapping .. live chat support doesn't have any answer. May i know the reason for same ?

    @JioCare customer care numbers are total bakwas and of no use. There is no way one can get to talk to a human. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio today 13th December once again service engineer is assigned @ 7 pm to 8 pm now its morethan 7:30 pm, till now no engineer called or visiting my home, I am sure no one will come today and tomorrow they will close the ticket SR00001FX2ZI.
