    @JioCare Just now 2 called to customer care executive Dipu poli he mentioned he is working from wfh, can't escalate internally. what a technical knowledge. It's jio fiber team. Can you refund my entire 6000rs amount. Airtel is far better than jio. Worst service, Customer support

    @JioCare Purchased 2000rs 300Mbps jiofiber plan and getting 100Mb speed only. How the worst service and customer support they are providing. Took 7-8 days in installation that's also not proper. Worst 2 worst service. Nw installation is like dis v cn assume how d srvics would be.

    @JioCare my jio number is+91-4137960073 made many complaints that the fiber is not working for past 15days. 1st complaint raised on 29th August no technician from jio fiber visited the site to fix the issue. They are update wrong data without visiting the site. What to do now
