    @MukeshAmbanima @reliancejio Not use any user JIO DIM Card kindly all user port to vi and Airtel due to reliance launch 5G network. So not working right now 4G network Also 15 day complaint us but not any solution now port to vi and Airtel Send 1900 PORT MOBILENO BUT NOT USE JIO

    Hi @JioCare. Getting a broadband outage. Logged a complaint and the message we got is that its going to be serviced on 23rd Oct ! That is a whole *week* away. Please look into this.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I've raised an issue of pending refunds towards failed MNP attempts. It's been more than 4 months and I'm frustrated with the lack of response. It's unprecedented.
