    @JioCare Jio team I had taken a broadband connection with a deposit of Rs 1500 and assurance that I will be refunded full amount if I don't want to continue after one month. Service Id 299364389033 . You have taken the router back after disconnection but refunded me only Rs 500 .

    @JioCare @reliancejio my Giga Fibre was scheduled to be installed today at 09:30, yet there's no update. SR raised already. Didn't expect such bad services even before availing installation. Worried and regretting.

    @JioCare Hi Jio, While we are in vacation in USA we lost our mobile which had jio sim card in, we are trying to get replacement SIM card in India looks like only person has to appear to get SIM card, but how is this possible? We can not come back India in next few months, help?

    @reliancejio Vi execs are asking me send SMS to cancel porting to Jio by saying the port req has not been initiated correctly. Gullible people can fall into this trap.

    @JioCare In this time of pandemic where there is extreme use of Internet for any work whether it’s wfh or regular studies at least we need proper speed but it is very sad to say that Jio is the worst netwrk which is unable to provide the speed in my current area of pin code231205

    @JioCare 18 hours your internet services affected in B Block Rohini Sector 15, Delhi. Is you doing something. You are not informing users when problem will be solved. Very poor customer care.
