    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio currently i am working WFH and i am complty depend on mobile network. But here the condition is worst. Here everyone using 4g pack. But thw internet speed is too slow. I can not surf a single page using my 4 G network.Worst 4g speed. Pincode : 263659

    @reliancejio Hi Team very poor network in my area. Address: Mairupur, Baghauna, Sultanpur - 227814. When connect to customer care same repeated lines answering 'forword your consern to respective team'. 2 years completed no any solution provided by Jio team. Please resolve issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmba what is the basic cycle you people will follow to reach the customer. You know it's already been two weeks. Still you people are trying to connect customers in an advanced technology where we can through phone all the services. What a lag.

    @JioCare is the worst. I was pretty keen on getting Jio Fibre but have had such a negative experience with the customer care I wont recommend JIO to anyone anymore. On call, email, DM or whatsapp they all are trained to give automated monotonous replies. so annoying.
