    @JioCare I am facing this problem for last three months Raised issue many times to Jio people you are not willing to solve the problem, my bad luck is that I have recharged for a year can't opt to port please refund my money so that I can port my number

    It's been a one month the JIO Tower is standing near my place in non working condition. The JIO tower needs to be completed the installation. JIO network strength is very poor in this area. Plz look into this Tower location is near to GIC Takulti, Almora.  @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare No I'm not using any third party router , I'm using Jio's router only.Also I'm sitting next to the wifi router so there's no issue of coverage. You can mark basic questions as cleared as the issue isn't from my side,neither I'm doing anything which hampers ping. It's jio's issue

    @excitel_rocks from last 1 week the worst services has been given to me by excitel forcing me to shift to @reliancejio fiber. This time its confirm that after my pack ends I will shift to jiofiber. Thank you have a nice day (Ref complain no. : 5156294)

    @JioCare - does your network availability depends on the type of handset i use ? If yes, i use @SamsungIndia Note8. @Airtel_Presence just suggested that i may be facing problems because of my handset.

    @JioCare network coverage is worse in my area. Inside the house it's difficult to talk. And the internet speed is absolute worst. Please do something. And don't say that "we have taken your complaint and working on it". BCoz it's 4-5 months and nothing changed.
