    @JioCare I am facing this problem for last three months Raised issue many times to Jio people you are not willing to solve the problem, my bad luck is that I have recharged for a year can't opt to port please refund my money so that I can port my number

    It's been a one month the JIO Tower is standing near my place in non working condition. The JIO tower needs to be completed the installation. JIO network strength is very poor in this area. Plz look into this Tower location is near to GIC Takulti, Almora.  @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi Team, am facing network issue with my jio number, if some try to call it says "unreachable" and this happening intermittently . I called your help line twise but your advisor hung up. Could you please help me to resolve my issue.

    @reliancejio @JioCare More than 24 hrs now since Jio Fiber is down in my society for majority of flats. Most of us are working from home and need active internet. This is a recurring problem. If you guys do not resolve it permanently we will en masse shift to Tata Sky Fiber.
