    It's been a one month the JIO Tower is standing near my place in non working condition. The JIO tower needs to be completed the installation. JIO network strength is very poor in this area. Plz look into this Tower location is near to GIC Takulti, Almora.  @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am facing this problem for last three months Raised issue many times to Jio people you are not willing to solve the problem, my bad luck is that I have recharged for a year can't opt to port please refund my money so that I can port my number

    @JioCare I requested for the jio fiber on 13 of January in morning and after formalities I got a msg for evening 5.30 vist. But no one is there so I called customer care they said till 9.30 your time slot is 8 pm to 9.30 pm but no one is came there.

    @JioCare network sucks can't even open an app and still I use 90% data. (Due to network issue I was using @vodafone network) still I received sms that I have used 90% of my data. I don't know what scam they are doing now instead of all that free service.

    @JioCare @lavanyadeepak Why is Jio not having these details of a customer. you could have simple asked yes\no question if person is at the address on record.

    @JioCare Day 6..no action to fix a minor issue by india's richest man #MukeshAmbani. This jio company only believes in money looting, no customer does not value for them.
