    @JioCare I am facing this problem for last three months Raised issue many times to Jio people you are not willing to solve the problem, my bad luck is that I have recharged for a year can't opt to port please refund my money so that I can port my number

    It's been a one month the JIO Tower is standing near my place in non working condition. The JIO tower needs to be completed the installation. JIO network strength is very poor in this area. Plz look into this Tower location is near to GIC Takulti, Almora.  @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Customer care informed me that due to lockdown I need to bear with them and wait for restricts to end... I was under the impression that internet providers are under essentials.... I am calling other providers as I need to continue working during the lockdown and JioFiber is awol

    @ChennaiIPL @reliancejio @JioCare I have registered and have paid Rs 1500 yesterday. It's has been said that they would come to fix the connection today but still now didn't come. I am from Chennai and kindly look into this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have ordered a battery online and received defective product. Your customer service team is asking me to visit store. How can I go out in this tough times. I'm never gonna use Jio or any of its products. Pathetic service.
