    It's been a one month the JIO Tower is standing near my place in non working condition. The JIO tower needs to be completed the installation. JIO network strength is very poor in this area. Plz look into this Tower location is near to GIC Takulti, Almora.  @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am facing this problem for last three months Raised issue many times to Jio people you are not willing to solve the problem, my bad luck is that I have recharged for a year can't opt to port please refund my money so that I can port my number

    My complaint has been CLOSED without resolution and no open request is visible. The issue is still not resolved. Please register a new complaint or reopen the previous one immediately. @JioCare

    @JioCare This is unacceptable and misleading. Payment has been made, but no service has been delivered. Repeated delays without resolution show poor customer support. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with a complaint and demand a full refund. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I've faced enough delays and mental agony since the last 15 days from the utter "Deficiency of Service" recieved by @reliancejio. Pls get this installed or process my refund within the next 2 days or expect a Legal Notice from my side.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio My home device is fine; your towers are the problem. Every time the govt grid fails, your network vanishes because your backup generators are bone-dry. It’s been 20 days of pathetic fuel management across multiple sites here. Why is there no diesel?

    Hey @JioCare my airfiber had more than 500 gbs left till half day today now suddenly the data is shown exhausted and when calling customer support it gets cancelled by saying recharge?
