@JioCare I am facing this problem for last three months Raised issue many times to Jio people you are not willing to solve the problem, my bad luck is that I have recharged for a year can't opt to port please refund my money so that I can port my number

It's been a one month the JIO Tower is standing near my place in non working condition. The JIO tower needs to be completed the installation. JIO network strength is very poor in this area. Plz look into this Tower location is near to GIC Takulti, Almora. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare My free JIO Fiber trial was valid till 31/3/2022 and the cancellation request was made. For uninstallation no engineer showed up. Same issue was mailed to JIO Team & they did appoint next date and again no one shows up. This cycle is done more than 4 times.

@Sikarwar1985 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India
