It's been a one month the JIO Tower is standing near my place in non working condition. The JIO tower needs to be completed the installation. JIO network strength is very poor in this area. Plz look into this Tower location is near to GIC Takulti, Almora. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I am facing this problem for last three months Raised issue many times to Jio people you are not willing to solve the problem, my bad luck is that I have recharged for a year can't opt to port please refund my money so that I can port my number

@theanupamgoyal @airtelindia @reliancejio exactly my experience. their support system has gone down extremely badly. some 2 years back, i used to get a response within 15 minutes, at times in 5 minutes only but now i can see their replies made on posts are days late. sad to see this downfall.
