    @JioCare I am facing this problem for last three months Raised issue many times to Jio people you are not willing to solve the problem, my bad luck is that I have recharged for a year can't opt to port please refund my money so that I can port my number

    It's been a one month the JIO Tower is standing near my place in non working condition. The JIO tower needs to be completed the installation. JIO network strength is very poor in this area. Plz look into this Tower location is near to GIC Takulti, Almora.  @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio hi team, Can you please increase your signal strength. The phone signal is too weak, we can't receive the calls and messages also. If you call some on I have to come out or go to the terraces then the signal will show one or two poles. Do it ASAP.

    @JioCare @AshwiniVaishnaw Several times I had made a complaint regarding network and call drop issue in Mukeri Bazar of Mirzapur district(UP)..but every time jio care is making fool to us...no improvement is shown.i request to refund my money of validity remaining .

    This entire experience with @reliancejio is a 5-star rated dissatisfaction. I wonder would @reliancegroup or it’s young and vibrant JIO chairman #AkashAmbani could ever fix this unprofessional, customer-unfriendly culture in their service business. 🥱😑

    @JioCare Your network provider service man said that he will give me voucher for extra two months if we buy jio fiber connection. I bought it and I clicked a picture of his ID as well. He is not providing me the things he promised me too! Why give fake promises?!

    @reliancejio i was a very satisfied customer till 2 months back, Now i am very disappointed customer due to range issuse. Now using jio is same like another network. If i got luck i will get range please find a solution to this
