@JioCare I am facing this problem for last three months Raised issue many times to Jio people you are not willing to solve the problem, my bad luck is that I have recharged for a year can't opt to port please refund my money so that I can port my number

It's been a one month the JIO Tower is standing near my place in non working condition. The JIO tower needs to be completed the installation. JIO network strength is very poor in this area. Plz look into this Tower location is near to GIC Takulti, Almora. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I booked Jio fibre yesterday and I requested that guy for as soon as possible because I have to travel and he said I’ll try for evening or tomorrow before 11 am will be installed. When I call at 11 he said mam 24-72 hrs will take to install. What is this service ?

@RailWireIndia Make sure that whenever a consumer gets a new railwire fiber connection, you warn them about your horrible service team and the attitude of your service team. @reliancejio connect if your service team is effective enough and not make me suffer like @RailWireIndia

@JioCare I have requested a cancellation of account since 02 Jul. After no response called customer care and received a sms that someone will come at 4:15pm on 06 Jul.Nobody came and nobody called.I have to vacate premises.Should I keep waiting? Useless messages.Pls send someone

@airtelindia @TRAI @reliancejio Dear airtel u r fooling us or what ur network is as worst as u r giving 2g and when we complain to your company they r saying pls allow us 72 hrs and i dont understand that when your 72 hrs will be done u r doing fraud with customer
