    @JioCare I am facing this problem for last three months Raised issue many times to Jio people you are not willing to solve the problem, my bad luck is that I have recharged for a year can't opt to port please refund my money so that I can port my number

    It's been a one month the JIO Tower is standing near my place in non working condition. The JIO tower needs to be completed the installation. JIO network strength is very poor in this area. Plz look into this Tower location is near to GIC Takulti, Almora.  @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hey @JioCare, 4 days for a simple STB replacement in Chennai and still no resolution. SR000035IXGP remains unresolved, while escalation SR000035SASH was falsely closed as “resolved” without any fix or service visit. Pathetic support.

    @JioCare Again there is the same issue having poor or no connectivity. Even texting this using @airtelindia mobile network. Such a bad service day by day.

    @JioCare Since 4 days my jio fiber line is down and everyday I am getting a message that engineer will be sent and when then another message that request has been put on hold due to technical reasons.If you are not inclined to fix the issue please inform and I will move to Airtel

    @JioCare Hi there seems 4 service requested raised for one single issue I am facing from lats 4 days It's difficult for me to work. Please provide resolution asap. Already got appointment twice but no one showed up . Who we help police or consumer code where to go.

    engineer visit was scheduled for yesterday, then it got rescheduled to today. I specifically selected the 10 AM to 11 AM slot,Whenever I call the agent, he keeps saying, “Yes, I am coming,” but no one actually shows up. poor service is extremely frustrating. @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare Ur tower in our area is almost dead and no one is taking care of it. Worst data speed, frequent call drops, poor coverage. U r breaking all records of becoming d worst telecom service. U r just charging a hefty amount of recharge but not at all improvement in service.

    Recharged ₹999 on Jio because the plan promised live cricket access on JioHotstar, but even after 2 days it’s still asking for a separate subscription. Customer care couldn’t resolve it either. Extremely disappointing @JioCare @JioHotstar

    @JioCare Poor internet service from JioFiber for the past several days. Frequent speed drops and intermittent disconnections are affecting office work and online meetings. Multiple complaints already sent, but only generic replies received. If not resolved soon, will switch.

    @JioCare @reliancejio i have applied for jio Airfiber in Balour gaighat,I made payment not sure it was not froud on 12th May but no one is coming for installation. Since yesterday they are keep saying coming in 5 min. Worst service . Will go for Airtel now. Please revert money.
