It's been a one month the JIO Tower is standing near my place in non working condition. The JIO tower needs to be completed the installation. JIO network strength is very poor in this area. Plz look into this Tower location is near to GIC Takulti, Almora. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I am facing this problem for last three months Raised issue many times to Jio people you are not willing to solve the problem, my bad luck is that I have recharged for a year can't opt to port please refund my money so that I can port my number

I called thrice today and their incompetent executives disconnected the call twice. And the third time, the resolution was not at all satisfactory. @reliancejio @JioCare when you fail to provide the service, why the hell are you asking the customers to take your free trial????

During power cuts in our locality the jio data network also goes off! Data does not work at all.What’s the use of the data then. I complained various time but They simply say “We already working on it. Please resolve this problem. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare i'm facing many problems during calls, every time other person have diffuculty hearing my voice, this is not accepted from your side as i've just ported to your network. If this problem persist i'll port to any other network provider.
