@JioCare I am facing this problem for last three months Raised issue many times to Jio people you are not willing to solve the problem, my bad luck is that I have recharged for a year can't opt to port please refund my money so that I can port my number

It's been a one month the JIO Tower is standing near my place in non working condition. The JIO tower needs to be completed the installation. JIO network strength is very poor in this area. Plz look into this Tower location is near to GIC Takulti, Almora. @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare i cannot speak with anyone if my phone is connected to my wifi!! If i disconnected my phone from wifi it works!! And why is the network changes from Vo LTE to vo wifi When connected to my wifi network. I don't want my calls. To be routed over my wifi!

Please don't continue my account further after this period if don't improve upon your service. Return my security deposit after this trial period of one month. I shall try some other service provider or local cable operator who would atleast respond to my problems. @JioCare

@JioCare i m working at Mumbai airport utility building, your network is very poor. We can't talk when we are inside the office. Even downloding speed is too slow.

@JioCare Does the word 'temporary' specify more than 40 days? Or you do have other definition for the same word as per your convenience? 40+ days with the issue but still your lame excuse is as usual. That being said, could I expect a timeline your team need to solve this?
