    @JioCare I am facing this problem for last three months Raised issue many times to Jio people you are not willing to solve the problem, my bad luck is that I have recharged for a year can't opt to port please refund my money so that I can port my number

    It's been a one month the JIO Tower is standing near my place in non working condition. The JIO tower needs to be completed the installation. JIO network strength is very poor in this area. Plz look into this Tower location is near to GIC Takulti, Almora.  @JioCare @reliancejio

    Really pathetic service from jio fibernet. Have been raising multiple complaints for long but have not resolved. Today raised a fresh complaint but didn't even get service request Id. Ridiculous from a brand such as reliance @reliancejio you guys lost a customer today.

    @JioCare I have raised a request for closure of my account today as issue is still not resolved. Make sure my money is refunded since Sunday as I haven’t availed any service since then. Please be rest assured I’ll be filing a complaint in consumer court too

    Last week before I bought a line from Jio fiber and paid for 3 months subscription, I used 2 to 3 days then it got disconnected I raised the complaint on Monday but Still the problem was not resolved, a week went I got issues in job @JioCare worst customer care ever I had

    @JioCare soon is a bit vague, it can imply the next second to next century. Please be specific. Atleast get me in touch with local in-charge of engineers in Ranchi. Your customer support is helpless, they can't transfer call to seniors or give me the assigned engineer's number.

    @JioCare the worst customer support by any internet service provider. Despite of calling several times my internet issue couldn't be fixed for like more than 48 hours now.
