It's been a one month the JIO Tower is standing near my place in non working condition. The JIO tower needs to be completed the installation. JIO network strength is very poor in this area. Plz look into this Tower location is near to GIC Takulti, Almora. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I am facing this problem for last three months Raised issue many times to Jio people you are not willing to solve the problem, my bad luck is that I have recharged for a year can't opt to port please refund my money so that I can port my number

My @reliancejio connection is a joke. My internet is not working and I’m paying 1500 a month. I’m getting better internet connectivity with a hotspot. Even the engineers aren’t fixing it and i haven’t been able to use my connection properly for a week now @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

@JioCare worst experience with JIO...Setup box was installed. Sales & Installation team committed that i will receive a Voucher after first recharge but now they are refusing and Customer care team is saying that scheme has stopped in this month only. Why customer is suffering??

Jio is one of the worst service provider. After complaining 10 to 15 times no resolution received. Their customer executive not talk properly & disconnect call. Every time same response "IN YOUR AREA USERS ARE MORE SO YOU FACE PROBLEM" @reliancegroup @reliancejio @JioCare

Worst installation service in Kadugodi area.They have been promising me to setup the connection from past 3 days, but still not a single guy visited. I have been redirected to atleast 5 representative in last 3 days, and those guys don't pick calls in second time . @JioCare
