    @JioCare still no improvement in speed & signal at kalanaur pin 124113 near Geeta Bhawan informed 2 months ago also....one bar signal & 57 kbps speed, request you to do something else I need to port my 5 jio numbers..

    @JioCare @reliancejio I already complain about this & issue is pending since Nov2019...& Provided time lines of 120 days by your customer care is completed..still having same issue..can we expect any solution or port out is only solution..

    @reliancejio @JioCare the network in our area for the Jio is too bad and even on road there are no signals. We have 4 mobile connections but now it’s hell to keep with your network .. immediately correct the same to keep your customers with you ..

    @JioCare @reliancejio mr. Justin where were you still no action my complaint. Do you need one year or shall I remove the manwhole cover and remove the wiring of jio then you willl come to rectify the problem.

    Plzz don't use Jio fibre broadband. Their speed is good. But one of the worst customer service in india. I want to relocate my connection to the next street. That particular option is not working in the app and website No one is giving solution for that. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hello how your team installed jio fiber in my house as your team connect the wire on electricity pole and electricity department cut my fiber wire and now I am unable to use internet as well as I am not able to connect with customer care wrist services.
