@JioCare still no improvement in speed & signal at kalanaur pin 124113 near Geeta Bhawan informed 2 months ago also....one bar signal & 57 kbps speed, request you to do something else I need to port my 5 jio numbers..

@JioCare @reliancejio I already complain about this & issue is pending since Nov2019...& Provided time lines of 120 days by your customer care is completed..still having same issue..can we expect any solution or port out is only solution..

Everytime they will take more than 2 days to resolve the issue even if the request is raised on Friday or Saturday morning. And I think since I raised a request for termination of my connection it will not resolved as it is no longer their priority !! Am I right @JioCare

@JioCare Thanks for pathetic customer service. I have now switched back to Airtel, this time its fibre. Jio engineer called me after 4 days I raised the concern. Its now been 2 days since I moved to Airtel.
