@JioCare data speed of jio is reqlly pathetic at my place. Spoke to customer care in the past but with no success. Its been the case from last one year or so and I dont know wats d reason for such low speed when nearby areas have good speed.

@JioCare still no improvement in speed & signal at kalanaur pin 124113 near Geeta Bhawan informed 2 months ago also....one bar signal & 57 kbps speed, request you to do something else I need to port my 5 jio numbers..

@JioCare Sir already did the same and my number was restored as well. But due to unblocked at night as security reason i blocked my credit and debit card as all banks OTP is link to that number. Now I am on to dis countinue your service which is 3rd class.

@JioCare And what does it mean refund if applicable. I haven't installed my JioFiber due to your technician haven't found Connection box in front of my flat. I think you should have to change your Company name to FraudFiber instead of JioFiber who keep/eat customer's Deposit.

Am unable to send port out message from Vodafone network despite having unlimited plan. @ViCustomerCare pls check & enable. Understand TRAI has mandated to allow sending port out message despite not having unlimited plans.@TRAI Need to switch to @reliancejio but unable to do so.
