@reliancejio still no improvement in speed & signal at kalanaur pin 124113 near Geeta Bhawan informed 2 months ago also....one bar signal & 57 kbps speed, request you to do something else I need to port my 5 jio numbers..

@JioCare data speed of jio is reqlly pathetic at my place. Spoke to customer care in the past but with no success. Its been the case from last one year or so and I dont know wats d reason for such low speed when nearby areas have good speed.

I'm shocked and annoyed to see Jio's service outside India. International roaming pack is a big scam. Your 1100 Rs. data gets exhausted within few kilobytes, not even a megabyte. Are you kidding? Stop fooling & looting customers. @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat #jioscam

@JioCare the internet connection has been soo poor since last week and there is no improvement , not only internet but normal calling is also very poor. You can't even hear other person properly.. please look into this matter, it's so inconvenient to people using jio..

Jio fiber is a disastrous experience for us. @JioCare @reliancejio Out of the last 48 hours since the jio fiber was installed, we had to spend 36 hours without internet. Customer care is just pushing back resolution time endlessly. Wouldn't recommend this to my colleagues
