@JioCare data speed of jio is reqlly pathetic at my place. Spoke to customer care in the past but with no success. Its been the case from last one year or so and I dont know wats d reason for such low speed when nearby areas have good speed.

@JioCare why is it really difficult to actually talk to jio customer care reps to clarify things? I am switching between existing customer care numbers and jio app but still not able to find a single option that doesn't send me to infinite AI chat bot loops!

@JioCare hi jio this is Ankur I withdraw jio connection and completed the uninstallation process on 12th jan 23 bearing order no CO0000SJICKW and currently facing poor customer service view refund process no one is helping already 18 days passed .

@reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic network, i was told you will resolve issue in 90 days in message and the issue still exists. Will you resolve it or shall I port to other options?? You have launched 5G but i am getting 2G speed and frequent call drops.
