    @DoT_India @JioCare Yes Jio care will inform you that we have limited connectivity in your area. we are working in your are you will get network in future ( Jio will give Customer unlimited Time to resolve network problem )

    @JioCare Even after So many Complaint's yet Reliance Jio providing very poor network condition even not able to play youtube, facebook video nor anything Downloading in this poor jio speed, Jio just want me to wait unlimited time and not to ask about that money

    @JioCare Hello, back again with problems. Your complaint resolution mechanism is just for hear say and your apparatus does not seem to function according to your so called claims. Please take your device back, this is utterly frustrating and disappointing. All false claims on speed!!!

    @JioCare number is 8750501222. There is a mismatch in the bill raised by jio and the amt they are charging app. As per bill the amount payable is rs. 5 and in the jio app it's rs.236. Contacted customer care thrice they said we can't raise a complaint for this, we can only take feedback

    @JioCare My jio fiber isn't working, red light is blinking on the router. I think there may be an issue with the wire. How can i ask lineman to visit and repair the connection?

    @TRAI @TRAI dr. PD Vaghela: my internet has been down for 30 hours and @JioCare has been unresponsive and their on-site personnel are abusive. Is this what a common man gets for paying up the charges honestly!! What about are consumer rights and how is the regulator going to protect?

    @JioCare Speed is still poor. Barely 1.27 mbps download. Better u accept ur poor network and start optimizing it. Pls dnt make me regret of switching to jio from VI
