@JioCare My Jio Number is 9877129381. Every time I complain your executive say due to high no of Jio user in government college your internet speed is down but it is your problem not mine. It is matter of all time.

@JioCare Your internet service is very bad in Government College Malerkotla Punjab 148023. Every time I complain your executive say we will fix it but till now it's not fixed. 6 complain I register to u about it. Please shut down your company if you are not able to fix it .😤

@JioCare Ott apps in my STB are not working properly. I have raised multiple requests. I bought the jio fiber 999 postpaid connection on 23rd july. It's been 5days since i bought the connection. Still the Issue is not resolved yet. I'm not expecting this much of delay from jio.

@JioCare SR00001CH6CA and SR00001CHVZH have been closed. However, no engineer visit has taken place and issue has not been resolved.Action Required!!! Resolve the issue and extend the validity of the connection for the period of no service from the first SR raised.

@JioCare It’s unethical, For new connection you are installing it right away but for pick up you are hanging me like puppet, This means you just know how to charge money but if it’s comes to your service and refund, Customer should understand you can’t pay @ConsumerReports @reliancejio

@shahrafique I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare
