  @JioCare I don't recharge until I am not called. I know if I do recharge, my problem will not be shortened out. So please, help me with this so that I can fully describe my concerns to you. My area has a problem with the internet so can't access properly.

  @JioCare I placed a service request on my jio app. They designated a visit on July 31. Scheduled between 9 AM to 10 AM. First they assigned a technician in morning. I called. No one answered. He didn't visit on time. On tracking it mentioned sorry for delay. We'll resolve issue soon. Entire 24 hour went by and no response, nothing from jio or technician. Today they rescheduled. As per yesterday shenanigans today went exactly like that. Time was assigned between 10.30 AM to 11.30 AM. NO Visit. Then the usual sorry for the delay. We'll resolve this and that. I kept calling. Finally he picked up and told me he's on a ******* leave. He's assigned work but says won't come. I also have work. We took time out of our day to wait for them to come and they do this. What should I do now ?

  In summer powercut happens frequently & most of the time we couldn't use 5g properly and many works done online and it creates many problems for us. I think the tower isn't getting any power supply from the DG after powercut. Please solve this problem asap.@JioCare @reliancejio

  @reliancejio in our are (Location: Bahari, Barpeta district, Assam, Pin -781302) after the powercut the network automatically shifts to 4g and we couldn't able to use any data even in 4g. This is how Jio is running and looting us. @JioCare

  @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber what is your issue. Too much issue on your router its auto disconnected or restarted. Even a fake AI tool integrates with your MyJio App. There is no any option to communicate or log complaint.
