It has been more than tow weeks. It is not users problem, tower has some technical problem, maybe battery or something else. Jitni cold badhti hai network aur kharab hota jata hai.

When we camplain to customer care they tell us that it is temporary and remains for some days. If you @reliancejio cant provide better service in our area than shut down your network. Atleast our money will not waste.

Some work is needed in tower house as the network gets worse when whether gets cold after evening. Stop blaming users foolishly. It is a village with max 200 users. Tower 500mtrs away.
