@JioCare there has been optical wires installed near my house and yet while contacting to give me a jio fiber connection i am being said that service can't be rendered to my area. So why is it when already the wires has been set up months before Kindly help me getting connected.

@JioCare @reliancejio Ur team is trying to call me regarding porting request, but irony is that they are unable to contact on call even due to poor network. In same premises network is not available, where on 10 m away, Network is available. Pls Check it, it's pathetic

@JioCare @reliancejio we installed jio fibre in the hope that we would have uninterrupted 2G/5G services as 3 of us are on WFH mode but believe me it is only blinking G service one week we have recharged the jio n there is no charge at all call center number leads nowhere plshelp
