@JioCare there has been optical wires installed near my house and yet while contacting to give me a jio fiber connection i am being said that service can't be rendered to my area. So why is it when already the wires has been set up months before Kindly help me getting connected.

I tried contacting Jio Suport for help bt received no response or support from them. This is highly unprofessional from such a huge company. Either extend support to from your side to make this work or refund my money. @JioCare @reliancejio
