  @DoT_India Please order Broadband providers to set up a human help customer care, the automated bot help most of these companies like @reliancejio @JioCare provide is of no help to consumers. No one gives even proper info on service outage, forget thinking about problem resolution.

  @reliancejio @JioCare I canceled my jio fiber connection on 13-Sept and now it's been almost 17 days and still, the device is laying at my home. No engineer has contacted me regarding device pick-up and no help has been provided by the service center when I called them.

  @JioCare i have recharged my mobile with 2999 pack and the validity is 24/7/23 and when i call i am getting message to recharge the no. As the outgoing call is disconnected I talked to customer care but they fail to solve it and telling to recharge the number again.
