@JioCare The network in Adalpura Chunar Mirzapur is very poor. Please fix the network.Internet does not work at all. All customers are very upset. Complaints are being made again and again. There is no solution to the problem.

It has been more than a year since I complained but there is no positive result from JIO.The network is very bad. It is not possible to talk properly and the net also does not run, which causes a lot of problems. My address is Badapur kachhawa bazar mirzapur231501.@reliancejio

It's too much problem of networks !! Neither Jio nor Airtel solves it !! They provide lip services but don't provide network to the whole village where I have been staying !! Can anybody help n sternly warn these companies to do right job!! @airtelnews @reliancejio

@JioCare @TRAI Several complaints have been lodged with Jio fibre customer care regarding No Internet since 06.07.2021 but they are neither providing services, nor extending the plan duration for proportionate days without Internet nor refunding the money charged. Calls for action!!
