@JioCare It's working fine in day time but after 6:00-7:00 pm network going low. I checked my areas network towers. Land owners turn off generators. Please investigate this. If possible then fix this issue. @TRAI @reliancejio

@JioCare What I want to highlight the pain customer is going through in getting own deposit money is really pathetic experience. While jio can do a fresh connection, within a single day...why same company is not able to close connection and initiate deposit of customer in single day???

@JioCare Plz understand...I am shifting this weekend (Friday) to Mumbai. As jio service is currently not available to new location,I have to cancel connection here in Pune and take fresh connection there in Mumbai. What I just want to cancel and initiate full refund of my deposit amount.
