@JioCare It's working fine in day time but after 6:00-7:00 pm network going low. I checked my areas network towers. Land owners turn off generators. Please investigate this. If possible then fix this issue. @TRAI @reliancejio

@reliancejio i have jio wifi M2 and how i upgrade firmware of this device. because from phone jio internet speed is excellent but from wifi router it is slow. my router is 3-4 years old.

@JioCare I don't know what has been updated on your portal, the service engineer visited at my home twice, they said it can't be installed, after that I asked for cancellation, I can't check wheather it is cancelled or not. There is no way I can check. Really disappointing.
