    @JioCare It was a deliberate show of authority by your technician. His actions disrupted my connection live. I saw him pull the wires and work on the box still he was arguing with me and didn't even check the connector. This is not good customer service to be honest. 2/2

    @TRAI 4G services are vary pathetic now. we don't get full network connection of @reliancejio even at prime areas of New Delhi.

    @TRAI It's affecting the day to day functioning. The overall standard of service has gone down. The duopoly needs to be broken for a healthy market and optimal services. The ground level workers dealing with customer of both @reliancejio and @airtelindia have become very arrogant.

    @reliancejio I recharged my Jio number for ₹349 on August 11, 2026, and got 2GB of 4G data and unlimited 5G data. I am unable to use either of them due to network issues.Even the calls get disconnected and sometimes no calls are connected at all. 1/3

    I done recharge from my jio app of 448rs and done on wrong number of mine only. When I contacted care they said after 30 min you will get the cancel button but I didn't got one Tried calling but ai didn't trasfered the ca to care plz look into this Id:- BR000CV3ZVJZ @JioCare
