    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

    Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare For the past week, this problem has persisted from 9 pm to 1 am. It's not a problem with indoor or outdoor equipment or any specific app or site, but rather a weak and slow internet connection.Which is also possible due to the large number of customers.

    We got a leased line from @tata_comm 2 months ago, and it hasn’t worked properly for even 24 hours straight. I’ve raised multiple complaints, but all I get are emails saying “it’s working.” The issue clearly needs an on site visit, but nobody cares. @reliancejio works better...

    @JioCare Issue still unresolved. I’ve already shared exact GPS coordinates, PIN code, and technical details via DM. Due to privacy concerns, I cannot share my full residential address. The shared location data should be sufficient for tower/network investigation. Requesting @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst network at my area, what a fraud this chor company Jio has taken money for 5G and giving 4g that too with 500kbps speed.

    @JioCare I already waited for more than a week and multiple promised schedules were missed. I do not want any more delays or future dates now. I no longer wish to continue with Jio. Please cancel the order and initiate my refund immediately. @JioCare

    Jio Airfiber Complaint handling is very pathetic. They had provided toll-free number for escalation which useful only getting generic statements. Grievance Cell email id is only for auto reply. When one can reach for getting the concern addressed @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber
