    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

    Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare this is 3rd day of jio fiber service and it still not resolved what should we suppose to do. I have seen at my home there is not any service engineer or any workers from @JioCare to resolved this.

    Worst experience with JioFiber Internet not working since installation. Raised multiple complaints but no resolution. Engineer visited & said he can't fix and put ticket on HOLD without consent. No internet, no refund. @JioCare please resolve ASAP or give refund, SR: SR0000345NOT

    @JioCare Let me know when I will get the refund for my booking amount. You can't just take my money and provide poor service. I don't need Jio service, and I want my booking amount back. Tell me the process.

    It has been more than a month the @jio_fiber issue of network drop continues to be an issue for all the user in Noida. Multiple service request gets auto closed with no resolution and customer confirmation. Jio will spam 24x7 if u request for disconnection @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I can't understand that why doesn't I get 5G network inside my home and in the Ground floor. Does yours services are so weak now? Shall I change my Jio Sim? You people are wasting my money instead

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Day-9 of unresolved issue. Service request no. SR000033R2VX. Sim Delivery not done yet. Counting & Judging the Jio service quality.

    Is your fiber subscriber always needs to be at home to talk to Jiocare. And is there no escalation matrix available ? Or complaint number available? @reliancejio @TRAI
