@reliancejio why do I have to recharge with a plan if I don't use the service but just recharge with a top up so that the number stays active and make few calls with standard rates. You are just looting the consumers by unnecessary recharges.

@reliancejio @JioCare worst ever WiFi providers. Downtime of almost 1/4th number of days. Informing us about the downtime and saying that cooperation is appreciated. Who told them we are cooperating..! Ridiculous service. @JioCare you should give extra days for such downtime.

@JioCare @JioCare @JioCare A complaint regarding the internet speed as I came to hometown to work WFH but the internet speed here is 0.13 to 5 KB/S however, JIO tower is on 500 meter of distance from my home. Now my question is we are paying amount then why not getting slow speed
