@JioCare Also, it seems that you guys are living in 1990.. what’s the use of internal if the issue can’t get resolved even in 24 hours..ideally it should have been in a hour.. I believe that you guys are fooling public with the worst service ( local service providers are better)

@reliancejio A year before I have already raised the complaint to deactivate this number but this number is still active and customer care has not provided the solution for the same. As a responsible person of India I do want anyone can misuse this number.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have another problem, this time with JioFiber recharge. I can't download receipt anywhere? In Recharge history it doesn't show the payment I have done today. Though it shows the next package being in queue. Please fix your billing system.

I have connection with jiofiber facing network issue. I have called at least 4 time since yesterday night but still problem is not resolved they have told that engineer with reach at 2pm but no one have came.@JioCare
