  The most pathetic internet service provider is @reliancejio their support is useless @JioCare . I have An issue with my wifi from last 2 days but no response from their support, neither any technical visit scheduled from their end. Now I can't even call their support team.

  @JioCare it looks like Reliance is not able to pay salary to their employees that's why jiocare no 199 and 198 are not able to connect with customer care.

  @JioCare More than 24 hrs passed but no communication from your end. All I know is that I paid ₹2222 for no service and there is no chance to get that amount refunded.

  @JioCare From past one week i am facing Jio wifi internet issue. its keeps fluctuating.I am not seeing option to contact customer care. One of the worst service. If you can't resolve i will move to Actfibernet.

  @JioCare My JioFiber broadband has been suspended for more than 5 days. A complaint was raised via the MyJio app, but it was closed without any resolution. Engineers are not responding to calls, and no one is providing any update. This is extremely frustrating. @reliancejio
