    @reliancegroup @JioCare #JioFiber new connection today, registration done @reliancejio took money, no installation, no network, joined to the pole where there is no connection, raising requests, worst service, they just want money thats it

    @JioCare I have sent all details requested and few more like bill payment proof, kindly get it checked and ensure amount gets credited to my account. It is a new connection and possibly could be root cause but still.... Issue is an Issue.......

    Now we have been visiting the JIO's store to get the same no. But the executives of the Jio store have not been helpful. Hence, would urge to help because his no. 9529739502 is registered as all his important communication. Please help to get the no. active ASAP.@reliancejio

    @JioCare Just ask your back end team to change the current Channel of my Modem/Router , Deselect Auto. My Third party extender doesn't work somehow with your latest settings of the present selected Channel #JioFiber
