  @reliancejio @JioCare One of the most pathetic service ever experienced. Installed a jio airfiber last Friday and it's still not working. Customer care, engineer all are expert in making excuses and now when I am asking to uninstall the service they say I'll lose my money.

  @JioCare @JioCare As expected, there is still no update, no technician visit, and no resolution. The ticket continues to get rescheduled while the connection remains down. This repeated pattern in Udayagiri is seriously impacting work and reflects very poor service accountability.

  @reliancejio My JioFiber order was cancelled on April 27, 2026. Order no:NO0001D39FMA. I am yet to get the refund. I have called customer care multiple times. They tell me to wait for a few days and if I express any dissatisfaction, they disconnect the call. I want my refund.

  @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst Internet provider in whole of India. No service , No customer care and No actions on compliant. What a pathetic service you guys offer to your customer. @reliancejio

  Very disappointed with the Jio porting process. I converted my Airtel eSIM to a Jio physical SIM through home delivery. It has already been more than 72 hours, but the SIM is still showing “No Service.” The SIM is detected by the iPhone, but activation is still pending. @JioCare

  @JioCare @JioCare No Internet since 5-May and still no resolution despite multiple complaints, escalations, and rescheduled visits. Extremely disappointed with the service handling. Escalating this further to Appellate Authority and @TRAI if not resolved immediately.

  Jio getting worse day by day. I m in gorakhpur, since 4 days now, 5g is not available. 4g 2gb is actually nothing for 5g users. I raised complaint and it done nothing. So I concluded it's time to change network from jio to somthing better like airtel or VI. @JioCare @reliancejio
