    @JioCare @reliancejio This is very frustrating. Got Jio Fiber installed on 29 March 2026, and since day 1 I’ve been facing constant internet fluctuations. No stability at all.

    @reliancejio @JioChat @JioCare Why did you guys remove human from the customer care when all the chat bots are useless? I have been facing no internet issue in my air fibre , tried to contact customer care but no one actually understands the problem and chat bot kep sending draft

    How horrible your service can be, where support staff can lie openly on the call, provide unrelated updates and fooling customers continuously... What has it come down to? Pathetic service, false promises and so on...i really wish you the best but!!! @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani

    It’s disappointing to see Airtel resorting to these fraudulent tactics. When a customer has already paid for an unlimited recharge, no other operator charges extra for these calls. It seems only Airtel is interested in cheating its customers like this. @reliancejio @airtelindia
