    @JioCare Internet down from 6 pm. Was told the outage would be fixed by 9.15 pm. Almost 4 hours without service!!! Still not resolved....What's happening?

    @JioCare What happened to my complaint status as my problem not solved till today. If you are not capable of providing services inform me so that I can port out to some other service provider. My address and details are already on your DM so please do not ask again. Worst speed.

    @TRAI we are facing internet connectivity problem for more than 4 months and @JioCare says it's temporary. But no action has been taken yet in order to resolve the issue.
