@JioCare @reliancejio This is regarding complaint number R000013090H. My jio outgoing service is stopped despite paying the bill. Its really sad that your customer care rep Manjunath said I will get response in 48 hours. Earlier after seeking clarity on my outstanding bill.

@JioCare I've never experienced a combination of such bad services and support (chat and call) together. I've filed complaints for internet on: 12th, 14th, 15th, 16th, and 24th of this month alone. There are some days in which I didn't even filed the complaint 😩🙏🏻

@JioCare Network issue since yesterday and not a single one communication from your end ,greater problem is communication ,if you can communicate properly people can understand and support you all. But its so worse that you all don't communicate when customer tries to connect.
