    @JioCare I've no internet last 24 hrs JioFiber, technicians come, said FTA box hasn't power, they forward the complain their superior just few hours back, no solution till, don't know how many days waiting without internet, 699 plan, laps days continued, JioFiber no. 03222356631

    @JioCare don't give falsy statement about refunding amount. please follow proper protocol. from last 2 months i am asking about refund. such a bullshit jio-fiber customer care. i dont want refund , have biryani from my refundable money.

    @JioCare 15-Aug, cancellation agents called, whether I'm interested to be with Jio or not. None of them had any clue why I wanted to cancel all my 4 numbers. This is what I pay 999 every month to Jio for! Insensitive, target oriented, selfish Jio! 11-Aug concern is not resolved.

    @JioCare 04479684221 gave complaint for above number service engineers came and said the fault is in the box so persons from other departments will come and rectify before 8PM it's 9PM no one has turned On July 30 also it stopped working for two days May month also it stopped
