    @JioCare You can't solve, only give suggestions like restart device, insert sim again but never feel your guilty.. if you charge full pay then your responsibility for better network without any hurdle..You bloody rascals. Shameless Fraud Jio

    I was getting low internet speed on my jio mobile net and just checked the wants the issue and This @reliancejio @JioCare customer support saying that there are too many people using the internet at your location , dude really ....

    @JioCare @reliancejio network speed is very very slow. Kindly do the needful. It is intermittent, maximum time it remains dead slow, not even able to open Google home page.

    Dear @JioCare and kindly don't ask to dm the detail's because all the details already given to your customer care staff but they said waiting 7 days and I gave them 14 days so Waiting till Sunday if services not improved switching to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio this is very bad sim becuse we use 50% data then after its give 2g speed and mostly buffering of video and etc.. application i request you please take a action other wise you loose your customers 🙏🏻

    So dumb @JioCare @reliancejio and they don't even have a escalation matrix above SMEs? You call sm1 in emergency and you they start telling you to recharge before dialling number every time And top of executives are so blunt

    @JioCare this is to inform that i have been facing internet slowdown issue since 1 week I have tried several time for the diagnosis but nothing has come in the conclusion I urge jio care to resolve my issue as soon as possible
