  @JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

  I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

  It's such a shame the even after paying yearly for Jio Fibre, their custome support doesn't feel like resolving problems! I have been facing internet issue since last 3 days and everyday they keep on rescheduling my technician appointment. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER @JioCare
