    @JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

    I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago only getting updates from 2nd july 2020,not a resolution from jio fiber engineer. Hopeless services from reliance jio. Fiber team is busy on doing connection and customer is looking for resolution. Not value for money and service. Hopeless,worst service!

    @JioCare This is fixed answer i dint understand why engineer not come either they dont have time or don't have vehicle or what is reason behind i wnats to know and, i know wire has broken then whay are you saying that we are working on that matalb knyo C banare ho.

    @reliancejio you are given so much bad service to the coustmer I say all people don't take jio recharge and new Sim they provide so much bad service and they need only money if you asking about service they answer ower team are working shame on you jio stop making fool

    SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER - SR00001C50X Very poor service, Extremely disappointed by your service . For past 3 days No Internet connection and Land Line is also not working.There is too much delay.Its very urgent resolve it immediately.@reliancejio @JioCare
