  @JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

  @JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

  I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

  @reliancejio shamelessly I requested to all jio customers that never recharge annually. Since two yaers I have been suffering network problem. Two years ago, jio services on sky but now a days it on floor. This is my last annual recharge and also nearby .

  @JioCare @TRAI : For same mobile number I was able to register UCC complaint when service provider was Airtel. Recently I ported to JIO and now the complaint is not getting registered.

  I am having a prepaid sim of airtel which i want to convert into e-sim which i thought a very small process as i have done the same in @reliancejio which only takes 1 hr approx but now in airtel 1st i am not getting any option at 121 which sp called airtel 24/7 customer care no.

  Jio needs to understand that one or two reminders are enough to inform people that their recharge is going to expire in 2-3 days. Playing the same thing again and again that too in three different languages before every call sucks !! @JioCare

  @JioCare Sorry madam already it apart for jio ur engineer said box from where they connect my setup box of internet is to far which cause always face problem and they no have time to correct now and then so.hopefully in future we will make connections again if that correction box change
