I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

@JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

@reliancejio @JioCare My prepaid jio sim network has been fluctuating since last 7 days (on and off). I have to restart to get the network back. All the settings are inplace as it was working fine for 2 years. Also, no issue of network in my area as checked from other phones.

@JioCare Address : Main Bazar, Village DHAMA, Taluka Dadada, Dist. Surendranagar, Gujarat. All customers of this village facing issue on mobile handsets. So no other handsets question arise. All websites and all apps including twitter not working as slow internet speed affects all apps.
