I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

@JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

Hello @reliancejio, I have been unable to access a few websites since yesterday, one of them I own. My employees with jio fiber/jio sim have the same issue. At the same time, Other employees with Airtel Fiber/Sim can access it without a problem. Kindly help us resolve this issue.

Advise you to not use @reliancejio @JioCare. Will insure that this is taken to consumer court & there has been a loss of my time energy and money due to pathetic service provided . I will insure the word goes out as much as possible

@reliancejio @JioCare your services are pathetic , since the day I have shifted from Airtel fiber to jio fiber I am facing issue with the connection and it’s fluctuation. I have tried numerous calls to the person who installed the net but he is most irresponsible person.

@JioCare I called for issue and shared concern which is related to server side. Now connection is working smoothly in last 3-4 days. And feedback already given to you but still SR is not closed and they calling again and again for visit n replacement for device? Why?
