  @JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

  @reliancejio @JioCare Please understand first transaction shown as failed hence I had to second transaction. After few minutes first one was also successful. I did not do second recharge purposely. It was your app made me do it. It is Jio responsibility to provide me resolution.

  @reliancejio I have recharged 199 jio plan but my account didn't updated I have called in jio care and he said to me your account didn't recharge but I have upi transaction id plz help me sir
