@JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

@JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare the level of customer service for jio fiber is worst compare to other service provider. 2day my fiber have network issue your cs team says it will take 24 hrs to resolve.. seriously it's weekend not in mood to work.

@reliancejio @reliancegroup really disappointed with jio service, recently got my number port and since then most of times my network is not reachable, contacted customer care but the person was not at all helpful and very rude.was much happy with @vodafone

@reliancejio @JioCare I have been using Jio from last 3 years, I was quiet happy with it but I shifted to Pune this year and since last 5 months the network has gone way bad. If i am using wifi i don't get calls, if once a while any call comes there is no sounds.
