I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

@JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

I suggested to all consumers now time to port to the #BSNL after start looting #reliancejio. In india approximately comes to the middle and lower class without thinking about it you hiked the price. Anyone are facing the inflation problem and you taken this decision.

@reliancejio Your internet and call service is extremely poor since 20 days, calls get disconnected in 1 ring and net works so slow. Cant even reach your customer care and the Jio app is useless.

Going to port my JIO no to airtel. Worst internet speed. And they call them fastest 4g network. Airtel and Vi speeds are far better than jio. If they can do something on the issue well and good or else im going to port my no. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I am very disappointed by the service of India's largest network service, don't knw why an engineer visit is taking more than a week, just need to shift my router to the nxt bldng and every time my engineer visit is getting rescheduled, and the customer is ready to help.
