@JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

@JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

@TheMukeshAmbani @JioCare cheaters they are. They take money from you stating that they will provide service bit never turn up. They take just seconds to debit money and ask you to wait for 60 days quoting their fraud policies. They make false promises and never return your money

@JioCare Please note that I will not pay any more bills for the Jio Prepaid Mobile number 7989392291 as my sevicerequest was to discontinue the service not to to retain the number and it service as claimed by you in your resolution. Stop the service ASAP.

@JioCare @fiber_jio @AnantAmbani_ Dear Jio team I shifted from Ahmedabad to UP and took all set-up box and etc with me , I am not getting any help for re installation. They are saying to take new connection. At time of purchase it was agreed to shift connection free of cost.
