@JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

@JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare my jio fiber is not working properly.Any time router power has gone & will come 3 to 4 hours.And this issue since I had taken 😑😒 .very low service really dispontted .Your engineer is coming in every week but he also didn't find the solutions last 6 months.

It's so annoying that I can't even use my 50% data due to network speed. It's really slow sometimes it even can't load 144p videos on youtube. It's not working like 4G and we are thinking to bring 5G😒😣😣 @reliancejio @JioCare
