    @JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

    @JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

    I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare From morning to evening, there has been no response or visit from any Jio service engineer despite the confirmed time slot. It seems we have no value for our time as per Jio. We waited the entire day and the issue is still unresolved.

    Paying for a 300 Mbps plan and getting barely 30 Mbps… seriously, what’s going on with Jio? 😡 This isn’t just poor service, it feels like a complete rip-off. Customers deserve what they’re paying for, not one-tenth of the promised speed @reliancejio #jio #scam
