    @JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

    I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

    @JioCare I had my sim card in jio phone and it had jio phone plan activated.I changed it to non jio phone, recharged with a non-jio phone plan and activated the same in my jio app. But I can't make or receive calls in the non-jio phone. Kindly help .

    @JioFiberVoice has to learn the customer support from @airtelindia . Internet is down since yesterday 6PM and it is still not resolved. No point of contact to the engineer. Support ticket says it will be fixed in 24 hours. @JioCare has to understand the importance of internet.
