Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

If we are calling then simply there bot answering we are facing some network congestion in your area. Then disconnect the call. I tried to connect multiple times to these people but there bot is answering always.

GK (@Khurana_Gaurav) reported@JioCare has hotstar replied to my issue ? They unprofessionally stripped my account of the benefits. I also escalated to @TRAI on the issue. With this type of #fraud and #cheating , no one would like to be a member of hotstar. It should be rightly renamed as Flopstar.
