@JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

@JioCare I don't think JIO support team has intention to assist. I have been following for 3 months via email, twitter, phone calls. But now you are asking me to mention the issue from start. I would rather be happy to cancel my subscription.

@reliancejio @JioCare i m on 599 plan with a chile connection.. i upgraded to 799 to get one more child plan.. while upgrading it gave a warning of child plan issue.. after 799 plan gets activated.. shall i have to re-register the old child sim too ? Or i ll only add the 2nd sim?
