    @JioCare We're not getting network coverage in just 3-4km from the nearest Jio tower. Internet connection speed is 700-800 kbps near tower and in just 3-4 km from the tower, speed drops to 5-6kbps. Could you please look into this urgently. Tower: KHTM 9055 Area PIN Code: 262308

    @JioCare Jio network in our area is too bad and a jio tower already installed just nearby 1 Km at Garigoth, UT, but range not open. so kindly requested please open range of this tower for using jio network in our area.

    I urges to Jio that its data speed, whether it is downloaded or whether it uploads is very poor. Therefore, I request you to solve the problem once at my location, otherwise I will have to go to another telecom network. Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I called jio care at 10:30 pm my call was accepted and I was asked to tell my problem I told my problem but no solution was given to my problem. My phone was kept on side i tried to contact for 20 minutes but i didn't get any response, @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am using jio sim from long time without YouTube without browsing Internet 5Gb data completed...when I am trying to connect with customer care every time call disconnected...what going on with jio very poor service....very poor

    Worst Service Provider in INDIA. @JioCare @reliancejio. Having Postpaid sim and fiber both are so **** that they give 8 MBPS on mobile data and jio fiber 6 MBPS.Customer Service worst.
