I've been trying to get fibre connection for more than a year they were saying connection is not available in your area, now when connection is available, even after payment lots of excuses, unprofessional behaviour, not picking up call!

There's automatic call drop everytime. Also internet speed has been sluggish since last 10 days. If this problem is temporary or I have to switch to other networks?

I have called multiple times they kept saying, we are coming after half an hour but didn't come. The engineer assigned was not even picking up the call. Wonder why people are switching to airtel.
