    @reliancejio @JioCare Network Problem from today morning. Tried everything switched off and restarted phone, also took the sim out and placed it again. Whole city is facing this issue.

    @JioCare I THINK NOW I HAVE TO SWITCH TO @Airtel_Presence worst network .Why anyone will need wifi at home if you have better network in mobile phone.But i have @BSNLCorporate broadband wifi connection and i have no network issues.

    @_KARTHICKRAJA2 @reliancejio @JioCare I thought I'm the only one facing this problem with @reliancejio . Its upsetting to know that many people eating their hard earned money to @JioCare and use the sim in 2nd slot to use internet and the #Jio network fades away :-(

    @Airtel_Presence I think enough is enough now. 50% data exhausted notification received right now, surfing watsapp and few short videos cost me 50% deduction , hahahaha. I think switching operator is better option for me. Tx 4 ur support. @JioCare any port offer from ur side?

    @airtelindia you should stop your service and stop claiming your the best in India and fastest, annoyed with worst service by your engineer and even your airtel couldn't process for fiber connection too. Pattehtic service and patehtic company @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence

    Customer care at @reliancejio @JioCare is hillarious. I told him that i was facing slow interent issues and he asked me to port to Vodafone as they provide great speed. Idk whether to laugh or cry about it, but i know for sure that our situation is pathetic. #Shame

    @JioCare and now you have removed all the ways I can reach your customer care. Hot line - call answered and ended by the robot. Chat - JioGin, Doesn't understand any inputs, has its own mind. So basically, we can't provide you any inputs of our issues or your inefficiency.

    @JioCare The initial schedule timing for resolution booked in MyJio app was today between 15:00 and 16:00. When I checked later it hadn't assigned an engineer until 18:00 and scheduled it to the 13th July.

    To @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN Your Air Fiber service is pathetic. Only as a last resort I'm posting this, after launching a formal service request over yesterday from Myjio app, there was no cognizance of it till date. Also the 'service Engineer' never picks up the call. 👎🏻😤

    @JioCare my fiber internet is not working again from last night. Last month there was 5 days of no internet. This month its now 3 days already. This is irritating to the core. There is no proper customer service nor transparency about the issue. I want a manager to give me a call

    Dear @reliancejio and @JioCare, your customer care has turned ****. I’ve been a Jio user since 2017. I stayed when the network was poor. I waited months for 5G in my area. The moment it arrived, I paid ₹3,599 for a 1-year Unlimited 5G plan because I trusted Jio. - 1/n

    @JioCare 3rd rate connection, no option to raise service request, when you call they simply say we are facing issues in area and we will resolve at earliest and then boom disconnected the call. No internet since morning, no human representative to listen to queries. Pathetic.
