@JioCare Worst service ever I've got. I've been trying to get fibre connection for more than a year they were saying connection is not available in your area, now when connection is available, even after payment lots of excuses, unprofessional behaviour, not picking up call!

@reliancejio @dotIT's quite irritating that I have to dial about 10 times in order to get a call connected. There's automatic call drop everytime. Also internet speed has been sluggish since last 10 days. If this problem is temporary or I have to switch to other networks?

@JioCare Worst service!! My fibre service is down since yesterday. I have called multiple times they kept saying, we are coming after half an hour but didn't come. The engineer assigned was not even picking up the call. Wonder why people are switching to airtel.

@JioCare one of the worst service one can have. Struggling to get my internet restored since last 5 days. Jio is very prompt in asking monthly payment, but their ground staff is trained to close the service request with fake snap shots. 24 hrs resolution time never ends.
