    @JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

    When @PMOIndia requesting to stay home and work from home, all the service provider has reduced the internet speed. People started coming out from home as they are not able to access and keep themselves engaged on internet. @ashokgehlot51 @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN

    Crazy how the engineering team just put the service request on hold and there is no way for the customer to get any updates. Been hearing multiple customer care agents saying the same thing again and again that we are escalating.. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare My recharge failed yesterday, and the ₹319 available in my Jio Credit Store was deducted. The recharge wasn't successful, and the Credit Store balance hasn't been refunded yet. Please resolve this issue pn priority and let me know when the ₹319 will be credited back.

    My JioFiber router stopped working 10 days ago, even though it is only 3 months old. I raised a service request through the MyJio app, but I have not received any response or service update so far. This delay is causing significant inconvenience. I kindly request you to @JioCare

    @JioCare @RelianceJio I must have missed the invisible technician who "resolved" SR00003BL9CF, SR00003C2FWZ, and SR00003BD23J. Zero calls to my numbers, zero internet. Phenomenal customer service!

    @JioCare it’s been 2 weeks my internet is not working. Tried calling customer care so many times but nobody is taking my complaint. So shameful, looting people. Not getting internet for what I paid. Fix it asap
